            I purchased a property at ************************************** and this company supposed to renovate my house , we signed a $145k contact and then I paid them $94k deposit . From $94k , $2k was design fee and the rest was my deposit . They started to change the scope of work and finally decided to get out of contract. We got into contract on Oct20 and they got out of contract on Nov7 and after more than a month they still haven't returned my $92k . They are not responding to my calls and emails and basically just took the money while they didn't do anything . They even took stuff from my house ( they confirmed it) , v valued at $1.4k and they have never returned them I want my $92k deposit + $1.4k stuff they took + my loss ( interest of my money ) + loss of my rent because they didn't pay my down payment so I couldn't finish the renovation of this investment property. They are very dishonest / unreliable business and they just stole my money . I have attached copy of *********** + contract + more info can be provided

            Hi , we have an agreement with Home theme orlando so they will return my deposit in 3 payments . jan 15 ****/ feb 15 **** and march 15 **** are the dates. They have already made the first payment
