    Bad company, I put my house for Airbnb and unfortunately I put OBA Vacation homes for administration, so far the worst company I saw in my life , poor job , they got the payment of my customers and I never had any payments

    I listed my house with this company for rent. Gave them a newly furnished house, with everything clean and in perfect conditions. less than a year in their hands and I got back a filthy house, with mold in the bathrooms, the chairs and sofa were dirty and stained, broken tables, broken beds, damage on the outside wall, dog urine stains and odor on the bottom of the curtains. urine stain and odor on the mattresses, the pool was not suitable for swimming in it. They were charging $220 to each guest for cleaning and also charging me $150 a month for cleaning, $200 a month for pool maintenance. My Electric bill went to the sky because they left the pool pump running 24/7 , regardless of the timer. In general, my experience with this company was a total nightmare. I have to spend 2 weeks cleaning carpets, mattresses, curtains, some of them I wasn't able to save and I just had to replace them. This type of people shouldn't have a license to do this type of business. I gave them one star, just because I cant give them -5.
