    Ken Davis Construction was hired to complete home repairs following a kitchen fire. There were a number of issues following their "completion" of the work. The main issues were plumbing and shelving units that were rehung using the same hardware, holes, and materials. Both bathrooms developed leaks that led to additional damage downstairs. They began the repairs, but never completed them. The original work in the master bathroom was supposed to be fixed/finished by another contractor that was later brought in. That work was substandard and didn't address all of the open items. The shelving issues were brought to their attention and they repaired some of them. After having them review all of them and them making some repairs, we still had units that ended up falling. Ken Davis was a nice person, but not all the work done was up to par.

    In reference to complaint with the Langstons I have sent people over to house  to make repairs then don't hear anything then I will receive a call back and  go again and fix it.  I have a guy scheduled to get there on January the 5th to do the drywall texture again.  *** Davis.

    I am rejecting this response because: The contractor never reached out to me to coordinate a date with the subcontractor, nor has he advised me that they will be coming to my home on the date in his response.

    have tried several times to repair said issues I had them on schedule a couple of weeks ago and they canceled as they sent you a letter as well Have contacted them to get them on schedule.   Ken
