      I'm writing on behalf of my sister, *************************. Three companies have been withdrawing money from her checking account using fake copies of her checks. The companies and monthly amounts are as follows: *******************(*****), Club Save LLC(31.27), and Identify Services(34.99). My sister did not authorize this and it has been going on for 11 months. I would like the account cancelled and the total amount of ******** refunded by check. I'm uploading copies of the checks for reference. I'm thoroughly disgusted that these companies are taking advantage of people this way. Please contact me if any more info is needed.       Did not sign up for it and different companies taking different amount like this one. The companies are still taking out money to name a few Dog Chat , Readers and not trying to resolve the issue called several times gave me a hard time and would not cancel tried to convince me to stay with them I do not want to I am on a fixed income my bank said they could not do anything so I am contacting you to help me in the past I have had good results. I did not want to go this far but I am getting very upset when you take out 35 and then 2 days later they take our another 29 dollars and three days after that they take out another 20 dollars that's a lot of money from a person who is on a fixed income and only gets paid once a month

      I am writing on behalf of my mother who is named in this complaint. Club Save LLC and ******** Services LLC have been taking monthly amounts from my mom's checking account using electronic checks without her authorization since January 2023. We just detected this fraudulent activity. For both fees it equaled $66.26/monthly fees ($34.99 and $31.27 respectively) for 14 months for a total loss of $927.64. I called to cancel today and was told they would cancel the accounts (I am skeptical if this will occur or not). I am requesting full reimbursement to my mom for the unauthorized fees of which no services have been provided during this period. It is very disturbing that our elderly population is being subjected to such bad actors who prey on those who aren't able to defend themselves. Action MUST be taken to have these companies shut down.

      This company is a fraud and a scam!! Unauthorized charges were charged using a fake check to take money out of our account!!! The dates of the transactions were 1/30/2024 for ***** And 1/29/2024 for ***** When I called for a refund they refused and offered a gift card. Never signed up for this company !!       Please explain how funds were sent. If the refund was transferred electronically back to bank account, then that is acceptable. If the refund was sent by check, asking that another check be sent due to check being lost and not deposited. Please verify and respond to what process happened.       April-Sept 2023 - the dates unauthorized charges were made. Total of unauthorized charges $462.49.ClubSav LLC($159.30)identity Services LLC($178.44)oncallhealth($124.75)Transactions occurred in one of the 3 bank accounts belonging to my mother. This one account is one she stopped using mid last year (2022). That's odd on it's own but further, it isn't her name appearing on the echeck payments seen on her bank account statements. My name is listed. Not my account. I have my own.April 2023, my 90+ year old mother was hospitalized which led me to step in to help her manage her finances. I noticed these charges and asked her why she had checks written against the account she decided not to use. She said she wasn't doing anything with that account. So once she came home from hospital and rehabilitation I had a chance to investigate these transactions. I was sure neither my mother or I made any arrangements for any type of services with any of those 3 companies, especially under an account which was basically just existing as a number. I started with calling each number listed on the echeck document recorded by her bank on her bank statement. It quickly appeared these 3 companies were associated with one another. Upon calling the 3rd number, the customer service rep who had answered each of the prior 2 calls I made told me these companies were part of the same company. I will note the young lady was very nice and focused on how to redeem some reward points which are associated with the 3 accounts/businesses. That last call had me start an internet search to determine who these businesses were. One search of course involved the Better Business Bureau. Once I read other's experiences I surely didn't need to continue my search. Shame there are people that prefer to take advantage of others. Further, to support this is a scam, the 3 initial charges made in April 2023 from each company were for under $5.00 (****, ****, ****). A test? I think so. Once charges were not disputed, the amounts increased to *****, ***** and ***** monthly to the tune of what is detailed at the start of this complaint. $400+I'm hoping the company/companies do the right thing and issue a refund to my mother for these unauthorized charges. I'm not even looking for the overdraft charges my mother incurred because she didn't have money in that account since she wasn't using it. We've since requested the bank to freeze this account. No one has time for this nonsense.

      Rejecting is not the appropriate word. I'm actually grateful for their reply and the solution to refund the charges. In short they said they refunded all the charges but that bank account is closed because it was the only way I could get these charges stopped. As a result no refund can be made to this bank account.
