      unauthorized withdrawals from my mother's checking account. on-line banking for her US Bank Acct shows that they are using a phone number for her that is not her and also that they think my address is her's. This has been happening every month for the past year for three different businesses; ******** Services LLC, ******************* LLC, and Club Save LLC. The last three withdrawals have been $34.99 7/28, $29.95 on 7/12, and $31.27 on 7/11. I called ************** and believe I was able to cancel all three of the fake accounts for my mother, ***********************. The cancellation number they provided over the phone on 8/1 was ******.

      On July 25, 2023 Club Save withdrew $31.27 from my checking account. I have never been in contact with them and never signed up for their services. When I called to complain I was informed that I had signed up for their services on July 20, 2023 which is a lie. I am not sure how they got my banking account info, but I am almost certain they got it from ******** services LLC. I already filed complaint #******** with you about how ******** services scammed me last week. The woman I talked to on the phone stated she would cancel my account but could not give me a refund. As a result my wife and myself closed our bank account and reopened a new one. otherwise it seems that this same thing is going to keep reoccuring. I know you have already contacted ******** services in this matter, and I appreciate your help. I wanted to make you aware of this new scam. I do not believe either ******** services or Club save are legitimate companies and I wanted to make you aware of this latest scam. Any help in getting me a refund would be greatly appreciated. Date of latest Transaction: 7/17/2023 - there may be more but because of illness int he family, there may have been previous payments not caught - life has been hectic for months - have ha no time to look back 2. Money amount paid:$31.27 3. Items for business promotion like neon signs for outside location, etc. We do not now or have we ever owned a business - no need for items such as those - NEVER was!4 Nature of Dispute: These business items were never sought - Never owned our own business! My husband NEVER authorized this account! This seems like an internet scam of some sought and we want full restitution of any payments made in the past besides this one just caught.5. Business tried to resolve problems: No - did not report it previously - just found the problem on the last bill paid.6. Account information: Order# - THERE IS NONE ON THE PAPERWORK! - Account # - ******* - Check # - ****** - Authorization - "Pre-Authorized by: ********************* - HE NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS ACCOUNT!I do not know how to upload documents so I can't include a picture of the CANCELLED CHECK!

      Another scam company preying on the elderly taxpaying citizens of *******. Operating out of a personal residence, with multiple LLCs, they somehow gather personal information of elderly citizens and send fraudulent bank checks for payment. Another company, ******** Services, LLC, (of ********** and operating out of a *** store location) sent the same looking fraudulent checks with only the new LLC name changed. This looks to be part of a fraudulent syndicate of LLCs. Law enforcement should be contacted to investigate. I called the number on the check and the individual, ******, would not let me speak with his manager, but said that he knew of the other scam company, ******** Services, LLC. I found the deed of the homeowner as *************************** and his wife ************************* owns Club Save LLC. Other residents seem to be older, so I'm not sure who runs this operation. I requested a refund, but I'd also like law enforcement to be contacted.

      I am filling a fraud complaint. I have NO idea what Club Save LLC. business is. I did not give permission for the amount of money they wrote a check on my behalf. I did not even know this happened until i looked at my bank account. The amount was for $31.27, the check says pre authorized by me this is a lie. the account number on this fraudulent check is *******, the transaction date was on 6/22/2023. Check number ******. The check has my routing number and account number at the bottom. This company must have hacked my account. I want to get my money back and close this account and never be contacted again. This is insanity that a business would do this.

      I was checking my bank account today. Noticed there was a computerized check made. It was made payable to ClubSave LLC. I have never given my permission to anyone or any company, to withdrawl money for that company, from my account. You can tell by looking at pics, the check was made on a computer. It's blurred and *************** are uneven. I noticed there are several similar complaints about this company, doing same to them. Withdrawl was on June 27, 2023. For $31.27. I want a refund of what they deducted. I don't know if this company is behind identity theft scams, but I am a recent victim of identity theft. Seems coincidence that my identity has been stolen. Now I see this on my account. I am also contacting attorney general office. My bank in morning. To tell them it's fraud and a scam

      I recently took over my mom's finances and noticed monthly electric debits being taken from her account. She had no idea what they were. I contacted the company and they only agreed to refund 3 months of the charges. They have been taking money from her with unauthorized debits since October 2022, 9 months. We still don't understand how she was taken advantage of as she does not use the internet and has a hard time seeing and hearing. When I addressed the issue with them, they told me their records showed her "subscription" started in November. I stated they were incorrect as the bank statements show October. They insisted I was wrong even with the proof in front of me. I was told they could refund half a month, then a month, then 2 months and when speaking to a supervisor then it was 3 months. She never used their services, nor did she claim any gift card. I explained what I had found on the BBB website (same compliants) and they continued to insist they had done nothing wrong and would not return the rest of the funds. Though they assured me that no more money would be debited. The account number is ************* sister company ******** Services, LLC. has also been debiting money from her account. (I will be filing another complaint against them).

      Their sister company that I also filed a complaint against must use the same customer service. They responded and refunded all the money from both companies. I appreciate you reaching out to follow up on this matter.
