    Scam, keeps sending me warranty letters. The could not validate any factual information about my house when called. Could not validate their Fl license number when asked.

    For over 5 years these scammers have been sending me notices and FINAL NOTICE about both automobile and home warranties. I have never contacted them and just want them to stop sending these notices. I know they are frauds and are attempting to get me involved in paying them for something that I do not need or want.

    My name is *****. ***** and **** Officer are my parents, aged 92 and 89 respectively. We had this scam "insurance" once and when we needed it they didn't pay a dime due to a technicality. We canceled it. Once a month they send "FINAL NOTICE" scam scare letters and each month my parents get anxious and worried because they are afraid they are losing house insurance. And each month I call and demand they take my parents off of their list. The date of the recent scare letter is 09/20/2024. This must stop! Please help me bring some peace to my parents. Thank you.

    6/8/24 received a letter about extending home warranty. As a first time buyer I was unaware of these and felt my answers had been answered appropriately. However as I tried to call to make claim phone numbers just rang with no answer or message. There is no address to mail and no email address. The payment is now not able to be cancelled and I am being charged monthly.

    Mailing renewal notice which infers you have not renewed a coverage of Home Warranty.It infers the mortgage company secured the policy and they (Home warranty division) are about to revoke it. It could be perceived as a threat to revoke a service that does not even exist . When I pointed out this fact the Gentleman got extremely upset at me and shouted that it was not a threat ,I didn't understand and wouldn't listen and that it was only threatening because I felt threatened !.At this point, I hung up. some people,particularly older people could fall for this scam. There is a small disclaimer at the bottom of the page which should be written in the same font as the RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED at the header !.

    I cannot get off the mailing list of this company. Ive spoken to them twice and each time they wont take no for an answer. They keep on telling me I need their product. I must have received 50 pieces of mail. They keep on sending FINAL NOTICEs. They dont include an address but their phone # is **************

    I have called this company multiple times to have my address removed from its mailing list and I still receive letters. This company will not stop spamming me.

    Keep getting mailings from Home Warranty Division. I really want them to stop. I find it weird that they do not put a return address or an address in the body of their mailing. When I call, they get nasty when you want off the mailing list and hang up. I also get them for my Aunt (***************************) who passed away and all I did was forward her mail to my address. How that generated it coming to my house with her name. Both say Home Warranty Division but with different phone numbers. Can you please get the mailings stopped?

    Letter from home warranty division. Listed my mortgage holder as "lender information " which made me think that it was from my bank. Told me to get my "home warranty up to date". I Never had a home warranty. I thought it came from my mortgage Co. At bottom in small letters it states "we are not affiliated with your current mortgage holder".Part of letter states "extremely urgent and time sensitive"Almost made me panic thinking it came from my mortgage bank, because in large letters it stated in caps "call IMMEDIATELY" AND "FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU".Anyone not reading ENTIRE letter would contact them. This is deceptive.Thank you ************************* Very deceiving letter.

    I am fed up with receiving unwanted unsolicited mail from ******************! I have repeatedly reported this business to the BBB to have the unwanted mailings to stop and to have my personal information permanently removed from their mailing list. If this issue is not resolved, I will retain a lawyer and sue ****************** for harassment and mental anguish! I am not joking around! This will permanently stop, or I will own your business!
