5 starsWe had a fantastic experience with Spa Manufacturers **** From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. ***** was absolutely amazingshe guided us through the entire process with patience, care, and more patience. Her communication and support were top-notch.We went with the 750 Waterfall model, and we couldnt be happier. The build quality, comfort, and features are everything we hoped ****** then some.When it came time for setup, ***, the service tech, was outstanding. He got us up and running quickly and took the time to walk us through everythingoperation, maintenance, and chemicals. Super knowledgeable and helpful.Weve been using the hot tub regularly and loving every minute of it. Shortly after posting my review for Spa Manufacturers, I received a phone call from Carla to address my issue. Within 2 days a very pleasant service technician, Ian, arrived and completed the repair. My overall experience with Spa Manufacturers has been excellent, the Sales, Financing, Delivery, Set-up! I believe the spa had been leaking since delivery. I should have reported it sooner, but being here in Florida I attributed the water loss to evaporation. Only when I lost half of the 500 gallons overnight did I realize that this was an issue that should have been addressed immediately. My spa warranty had just lapsed the month prior to my reporting to the company. Spa Manufacturers did provide the repair as a good-will gesture, for free. Overall, I will recommend the company for your next spa. Lesson learned, do not wait for a little leak to become a big problem. Having suffered extensive damage to our spa from Hurricane Helene we contacted Carla at Spa Manufactures for help and advice. She was very responsive, offering expert solutions and providing a fast and professional service. We live just south of ********* ****. We shopped around online and found Swim Spa Manufacturing . Upon making contact with them a gentleman by the name of **** answered the phone. He was a salesman, that helped us tremendously. He answered several questions for me. He always returned my telephone calls. The other employee that we spoke to name was *****. She was in constant contact with us, everything she said was true. This company kept its word from the beginning. A independent truck driver delivered the unit from ******************. The two of them were extremely helpful, kind, and courteous. Upon placement of the unit it was wired and filled. The unit worked perfectly. ***** even contacted us to verify that everything was okay. Let's make this clear. I never heard of this company until I started to do some research. I have no relatives that work for this company. I have received no financial reimbursements for posting a five-star review. It was so nice to contact a business that kept its word and has earned my respect. When I began looking for a Spa, I did a lot of research. That led me to choosing Spa Manufacturers and I'm SO glad I did!There are some Spas that advertise a plethora of jets and I wondered if the 750 Waterfall I chose would be enough.HA! I'll start by saying - I'm not a social Spa person. I love & need a Spa with powerful jets. This Spa delivers!The jets themselves are powerful but then there are dials for increasing the power.And then there's another dial for mega power.So - whatever setting you prefer, you can have it.I get a neck to toe workout to help my body cleanse, detoxify and get my blood moving healthily.I've learned - for me - if I have the temp too high, I get lightheaded. I keep the temperature around 97* and it's energy efficient.Meanwhile - my neighbors also bought a Spa. They chose a *************** *** and sadly, had nothing but problems. The jets were pathetic. AND they paid the same price as I did for my 750 Waterfall from Spa Manufacturers. The wife said "I wish I'd talked to you and followed your example!"Now to ****************** IMPRESSIVE From Sales to Service to Management = A+If I email or call, I get quick responses.Everyone I've dealt with is friendly and makes me feel like I'm valued.Bottom line - Spa Manufacturers is an **********; A+ Products; A+ Value; A+ Staff They respond quickly,Spa Manufacturers, Inc.

I am so excited to say that I LOVE my swim spa from here. I use my swim spa everyday. I have also lost 13 lbs in the last 3 weeks from swimming. From the salesman all the way through the shipping manager, my experience was top notch. I had some typical questions in the beginning and I was walked through the entire process. Thats excellent customer service right there! I highly recommend spa manufacturers if you are in the market for a swim spa.Spa Manufacturers, Inc.

1 starLong version is on ****** review and yelp. BBB limits characters. Bought 2k cash only budget spa. Delivered with rust damage to a "new unit' so we refused to accept "as is". They came and replaced the electronics next day. Once filled It flooded my porch. Discovered 2 leaks. Drained and repaired. Did the same thing again. Could never fix. They did not want to refund my money. I had to fight to get them to take it back and issue a refund. They also damaged my porch during installation. Terrible product and worse customer service. I would never recommend. I wasted 2 months of time to get this unit and 2 complete fills of water and a week of electricity on a unit I could never use that was far from "new" in quality. Plus, ***** that works there, was flippant and did not want to take any ownership of the issue downplaying it all. Please consider before you purchase with this company.Review fromTami F

Spa Manufacturers makes a wonderful product and has amazing customer service. I have owned my Swim Spa for a little over a year and it is wonderful. Its beautiful and works perfectly. We did a lot of research on hot tubs and swim spas and we had lots of questions. Everyone at Spa Manufacturers was kind and patient. They answered all of our questions. Then when it was time for delivery they made sure we were ready and had all the information to take delivery. We cant praise them highly enough. Cut to all these months later a polar vortex is headed for us and I couldnt find my instruction manual to winterize our swim spa. I sent an email through their web site and got a fast response with exactly the information I needed. What a pleasant experience even long after the sale. If youre looking to buy a swim spa or hot tub, these are the guys to purchase from. They are the real deal. A+ .Spa Manufacturers, Inc.
