I have been the owner of a Deluxe Spa model since October 2021, and I am compelled to share my experience with this company. From the moment of purchase to the ongoing maintenance and customer support, ********************** has consistently exceeded my expectations.The level of customer service I have received from ********************** is nothing short of top-notch. Every interaction with their team has been a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction. Whether I had queries about spa features, maintenance tips, or needed assistance with minor adjustments, their customer service representatives and parts department manager(s) were always readily available, demonstrating both professionalism and profound product knowledge.One of the most impressive aspects of my experience has been the promptness and efficiency of the support provided by Spa Manufacturers, Inc. Although the company is located in ******* and I am in **************, on the few occasions where I needed parts, their team responded swiftly, ensuring that any issues were resolved quickly without disrupting my enjoyment of the spa. Having owned my spa for over two years now, I can confidently say that it has been an excellent investment. The ongoing support from the company has been consistent and reliable. I ordered my swim spa from Spa Manufacturers in May of 2022. From the first inquiry, to the ordering, to the delivery of the spa, they were pleasant, informative, and right on top of any timelines they gave me. They were an absolutely fantastic company with whom to work. Fast forward to this fall when I found critter damage to my spa. Their customer service was top notch! This is a company that has a great product and great customer service that doesnt end with delivery of the product. You wont regret ordering from them for your hot tub or swim spa needs! They are A+++Spa Manufacturers, Inc.

My husband and I bought our first swimspa from Spa Manufacturers and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional customer service.From the moment we purchased our spa, every interaction was marked by professionalism and genuine care.*****, ***** and ***** went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase!The Spa itself was very spacious, very well built and the jets were perfect for an invigorating massage and swim! This company is fantastic. I bought a home with a **** gallon swim spa. The only problem is I didnt know how to work it I couldnt get the right hand side jets to come on so I worked on it for two days and still couldnt figure it out I thought well maybe a bird up the computer boards so I called his manufacturing company and. ****** got right back with me. She talked me through. The process was very patient with me. Im not very technical. My spa was up and running in 30 minutes then a young fellow name ***** he called me and wanted to make sure I was happy because he do anything then the manager of ***** of parts name, ******* then she called me. When are you going to have three people from a company calling and they didnt even buy the spot from them so Im gonna tell you if youre gonna invest $10,000 in a piece of equipment like this I need to buy it from a company who is going to back their name is people are very honorable patient and professional. They actually took time to work with me.Spa Manufacturers, Inc.

This is a wonderful company! They are very proud of their superlative products, the customer service is strong and supportive. We bought a pre-owned swim spa and they are as good to us as if we walked in and bought a top of the line product. The machinery and plumbing is great and solidly made; with the cover we use our swim spa year 'round and the maintenance is minimal with minimal chemicals. We have had our Lounge Spa, Hot tub, for 2 months now.The design, build and craftsmanship are Excellent.The people at Spa Manf. were ALL excellent and helpful, in deciding what Tub worked best for us, and getting all the chemicals needed to get the spa up and running.Primary reason to get this hot tub, was for Therapeutic benefits. ***** was a big help in informing me as to what was available, and what would work best for us. She was great! The tub itself is very well thought out, designed and manufactured. The 9 adjustable jets, in each seat, are perfect. Each seat hits body parts a little differently.The reason we got it was to ease the stiffness and pain in my back and lower body. This works great. I have only missed using it 2 times in 2 months. It has reall improved the quality of life for me. If you are new to Spa world, as I was, do your homework and make sure you can get the 220 electrical to the tub, and have a good foundation to set the tub on. Out of area delivery is a challenge. They are in Fla we are in ********. The off load and placement of the tub, is on you. We used a fork lift, but you may need a crane. That part was more than a little tricky. I am very glad we got ************** hot tub. I would give them 9.9/10.Spa Manufacturers, Inc.

****** and ****** were amazing! The hot tub and pergola are perfect! Installation was a breeze and the guys were fantastic! The price was great and the product is amazing! Highly recommend spa manufacturers! Their customer service is 5 star! Love them!Spa Manufacturers, Inc.

The people that work at this business are always so helpful with everything. From customer service and support to the parts department and sales.I highly recommend doing business with this company if you are interested in any sort of a spa. Buying a spa is like buying a house so this is a once in a lifetime experience and this is a perfect company to do your business with.Spa Manufacturers, Inc.

1 starWe purchased a Swim Spa from Spa Manufacturers in 2015. We began having trouble with the spa during the first year, with a pump/motor failure. While they claim to have a network of technicians who can support their products, they gave me the name and number of a technician in Jacksonville, rather than arranging for him to come to my home. I called repeatedly and never got a return call. Consequently, I drove to their facility near Tampa and picked up a motor and installed it myself. We had several more pump/motors fail and, even though I tried to contact their service department to purchase the next motor from them, they also never returned my numerous calls. I found another source, where I could purchase the motors for a much lower price and replaced them. Finally, they have a 20 year warranty on the fiberglass tub, which holds the water, against leaks. Our spa developed a leak after we had the unit for about six years. Again, they gave me the name of a service tech. I called him and he came right out to look at our spa but told me to fill it with water and he would come back. I did so but, after numerous calls and text messages, was never able to get him to come back or return my messages. One of their employees called to apologize for all of the problems and asked me to remove my Google review. Today, I got a notice from Google that they had replied to my review. They lied in thier review and said that I had mounted it on unlevel dirt and they could not be responsible for my improperly caring for my spa. I had a heavy duty deck constructed to support the spa before we received it. (level, of course)

I live in ** and in the winter months it's so refreshing on my back to be able to get into my swimspa and treat the stiffness and soreness that occurs for me. The company was a breeze to work with and I would never use anyone else after my experience with them and will be telling all my friendsSpa Manufacturers, Inc.
