I ordered a spa cover almost a year ago. I paid for this spa cover when I ordered it. I have never received the spa cover. When I call the number on my receipt, no one answers. I would like my money back!Initial Complaint

Took my order for new hot tub cover and charged my card upon taking order. when contacting around the time frame of their typical delivery, no one ever answered the phone, message said they were unavailable and I received only 1 email back that said it would be delayed an additional 3-4 months. The website and phones have been turned off, the **************** has filed a lawsuit against them for deceptive practices and to this day they have not produced anything and will not issue a refund and have refused request from my credit card company to allow a charge back for the purchase price. I have given them plenty of opportunity to deliver and that has probably cost me the ability to get my money back via other options. order ******Initial Complaint

I ordered a coustom spa cover back in March of 2022 for $358. When i ordered it they said it would be 12 weeks so i waited. When i didnt hear anything i called them and they told me it would be more like 24 weeks due to shortages. Well after the 24 weeks i emaild them and they said the same thing and now i cant get them to answer the phone or emails. My order number is ******, i have the email on record as well as a screen shot from when i ordered it as well.Initial Complaint

I ordered a spa cover from Affordable Spa Covers on Nov. 14, 2022 for $360. Two days later they contacted me to suggest I should upgrade the cover to a thicker depth. I did so on Nov. 16, 2022, for an additional $94. I called them in the spring to see when my order would be delivered and was told they are custom made, so it would be six months from the time of ordering. I purchased a replacement cover for a hot tub almost a year ago. They told me after several months that they were behind on orders. I now tried again to contact them, but there is no connection to them online now. It just keeps saying that the party is not responding. It has been almost a year since I bought this replacement. I placed an order for a hottub cover on 6- 13-2022 stating they are on back order because of short supply of styrofoam because of COVID. I remember reading an article about a styrofoam shortage so I didnt think nothing of it. They said it would be delivered in april 2023. I was following status report on website until website quit working. So a quick ****** search showed the ** in ******* was shutting them down for fraud. I tried reaching out to the ** and couldnt get through neither. So I thought I might come here.Initial Complaint

My complaint is the same as others listed here. Order hot tub cover in June of 2022. (order ****** $360.00) from Affordable Spa Covers. ******* and promised by March 2023. Never received. There are probably ***** filed complaints of not receiving orders. So, the owner knew there was no way he could produce that many covers and kept taking orders. He should go to jail for embezzlement not just have his business closed in ******* by Attorney General.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on November 3, 2022, was told that the cover would be several months out. Had not been able to reach anyone and now it is Jume 8, 2023 and have no cover. Can not locate website and link to website on invoice no longer works.
