Paid for a product that we never recieved and they kept telling me they were waiting on materials Fraud $675.00 We called Discover Card and they will NOT Reimburse us. I did some investigating myself. So I ******d the address on ****** earth and found there was some businesses next door in same building. The man of Teak Wood for boats said several people have called here asking same questions has there been a Spa Cover place there of course the answer was NO!! Has there been one in the area? NO!! So Ive gotten scammed and apparently others just like me have also!!Initial Complaint

I purchased the spa cover on September 15,2021. They acknowledge receipt of my order on October 12, 2021. My order number is ****** I have never received the promised cover. I have emailed them and gotten new delivery dates but I still have not received my cover. They missed the last delivery date and no longer respond to my emails. I do not believe that they intend to deliver the order.Initial Complaint

Ordered a spa cover did not receive it but it was paid paid in full. Asked for a refund due to the spa cover never being built or delivered and the company "Affordable Spa Covers" in ********** **. said they would refund my money but then gave me the run around for months on different reasons why the refund could not be processed just yet. For example they told their bank account was compromised and until the investigation was over they could not process any refunds. My order # ******. The last time I emailed with them (because they do not ask the phone) September 28, 2022. The promised the refund starting back in June of 2022. I paid over $400 for this cover and received nothing, what kind of a company is this. If you need documentation I have all the emails and a receipt.Initial Complaint

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A SPA COVER ON 12/19/22 AND PAID THE AMOUNT OF $749.99 ORDER ID ******. I WAS ASSURED I WOULD RECEIVE THE PRODUCT NO LATER THAN APRIL 2023. WHEN THE PRODUCT DID NOT ARRIVE I ATTEMPTED CALLING BUT EITHER WAS CUT OFF OR NO ANSWER ON MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS. I EMAILED THEM AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. NOW THEIR PHONE IS APPARENTLY DISCONNECTED AND THERE IS NO LONGER A WEB SITE FOR THEM. PLEASE ASSIST IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE. THANK YOUInitial Complaint

On 6-2-22 I ordered a spa cover online for $310.00 and paid with a credit card. On 6-14-22 I received a call that an upgrade was recommended if the spa was outdoors. I agreed and my card was charged another $75.00. I began calling around October 2022 to get a status of my order since it was way past their stated 6-12-week delivery. I would be put on hold for up to an hour every time I called with no one answering. Finally once someone answered and said there are production delays due to foam shortages but should be delivered around the end of the year.Nothing showed up and I could not reach anyone. On January 11, 2023 I received an email stating that Production delayed your order to be out the month of May due to shortness of foam, if not sooner. As soon as the foam comes in, we will continue completing order that are on our files.No word since then and now the website is down and phone is disconnected.I saw the ******* Attorney Generals investigation of Affordable Spa and filed a complaint with them also.Contacted Discover credit card and they determined that the charges are valid since they could not reach the merchant. Original order was placed for a Spa Cover in April 2021 Queried in April when Item would be shipped. Response was orders are approximately *************************************** June 2021. Response said order will be sent in September. On June 7th they offered me to Pay More for expedited shipped. I declined. Contacted again in September and response was shipping to occur in December 2021.September *********************************************************** building the cover.January 2022 I was told they had not received their foam delivery yet. (this is a new excuse!).April 13 2022 I demanded 100% refund and was promised if sent a refund request in email I would be refunded. Then, they said my card had expired for them.June 25 2022 I sent another email asking where my refund was. Was told check would be released in July. Emailed in July and was told check would be released in August 2022 Just sent a disgruntled letter today June 27, 2023 -
