My bank called to tell me that this company, who I have never heard of, called them to verify my bank account information. The bank did not verify my information and flagged it as fraud. However, ID Guard, LLC debited my checking acount for $3.49 on March 13, 2025. They tried to debit my account again on April 3, 2025 for $44.99. This company is a fraudulent company. I have never heard of it, I've never signed up for it, and I want them to delete my information.Business Response

This company told my husband they were going to provide him $1500 in additional SSA benefits. He gave them his checking information to receive the additional money, instead they started taking money out. The number I have called does not get answered. This is fraud. This is regarding 4 transactions that happened in the last 2 months. The first being for 3.49 for id guard llc on 2/28/25. I called about this charge was told it would be canceled but wasn't.Then again for ***** from id guard on 3/19/25. I called once again to have this canceled and refunded on 3/25/25. I explained i never signed up for this and I do not want it. The guy then would not cancel it said I had ************ and *************** also. Which i also knew nothing about. I told him I wanted none of it and to cancel it all he refused, said he would send an email and If after that I decided I still didn't want them call back and he would cancel. I never received and email and when I tried to call back I got nothing. Now today 3/26/25 I have a transaction from *************** for ***** and from ************ for *****. These did not appear till I tried getting ahold of id guard llc over the first transaction as stated above. All i wanted was a simple refund now I am out about 120 plus bucks. On February 27, 2025 my mom (who is elderly) called into a number for the Price is Right. The number she was directed to is the ID Guard LLC, which is also known as ***************. They told my mom that she won a $150 ******* GC, all she had to pay was $3.95. My mom gave them her checking account information for them to charge this to her account. Yesterday, they charged her checking account for another $41.00 dollars for a monthly subscription that my mom didn't know she had. Upon calling both companies they will not reimburse my mom for the money they took. They took advantage of my mom!! I called the ID Guard and wanted to know where the ******* GC was, they informed me that it was on there shopping website. Which i went to. THERE IS NO GC, IT IS SHOPPING CREDIT!! I was trying to set up my Health Saving Account card through Optum Finance and I got transferred to this guy saying I had to sign up for this thing in order to get access. They insisted that I needed to give them my bank account information so they can set up my Health Saving account. It ended up being a scam by ID Guard LLC. They are saying I signed up for their services. I 100% did not and now I getting charged ***** monthly and they will not let me cancel. I have been charged for credit monitoring services by id guard llc that I did not request.
