      We went to look at getting some work done for an existing wedding band/engagement ring. We then wanted to purchase another ring to replace existing the wedding band. I have never been treated so inconsiderate in my life, especially at a jewelery store, where the mark up is ridiculous. The woman had us walk around the entire store as she made a short cut thru the middle. She spoke to two other employees and came back with a quote of $525. I asked if the existing wedding band could simply be cut off and the new one put on. Unlike most sales people, or consultants, you would think she would have showed us rings that could have brought down the price of simply removing the upper shaft of a ring and sold us perhaps one that would fit the bill. She had no interest in showing us anything nor assisting us in finding a solution. We were prepared on spending $2000 on another wedding band, but she did not want to give us the time of day!

      My fiancé and I purchased 2 rings from this store and was later notified by our sales clerk that in error HE had over charged us. He gave the option of store credit or simply getting our money back. We went to get our money back, which was about $400; However, Once we arrived at the store, we were notified by the sales associate on duty that we could only use store credit. That was not an option for us, so I inquired as to why we couldn’t we get the refund? The Very nice young lady, helping us went to get the manager. He immediately had a grimace Look on his face, As he Typed on the computer in a very frustrated manner, I heard him say ”because I said so!!!” To answer my question. When I asked him about his comment, he reiterated to me that it was because he said so. In the process of our exchange he, raised both of his hands and “shushed me”. Then to add insult to injury, he acted as though I was being irate and asked me to leave his store. I feel very disrespected and unappreciated as a customer and very violated as a woman. I will NEVER spend my money in this establishment again and will never recommend that any other person does either…
