  We purchased a mobile home that needed to be re-leveled.My husband found ACM and contacted ************** for a quote for the services. We hired ************* to do the work as his price came back very reasonable and it seemed he knew what he was talking about and what he was doing. We hired ************** and gave him a 50% deposit and scheduled the re-leveling. When the crew showed up for work ************** did not come with them and they did not have a supervisor with them. They didnt bring the materials needed to do the job properly and proceeded using blocks from my garden area. They returned the next day again, without materials needed or materials to replace what they used in my yard. ************** called and stated the job was completed and the remaining monies were due. Upon inspection, **************** crew left trash and garbage all around our home. They left all the siding disconnected and hanging. Further inspection showed they did not re-leveled the home but just put the block(piers) from my yard in areas to look as if it was re-leveled and sitting properly. Everything is completely loose and not touching. Videos and photos were sent to ************** and multiple times it was requested he come and look at the job that wasnt completed. The only response we received was we need to pay or he would come get his materials which we had to respond that any and all materials used on the job came from our yard. ************** never came to the home or offered to make things right. When we requested our 50% deposit back all communication stopped. ************** or his crew did not supply materials, did not do the job that was requested but feels its ok to keep our money.Not only is this highly unprofessional of **************, this is a hazard for our home. We are now having to look into hiring someone else to correct the issues we hired ************** to do, on top of being out materials from our yard and the monies we paid for the deposit. Homeowners beware!!
