    I've been at the Valencia since January 2024 my air conditioner started to not work about 3/4 months ago I've contacted ******* which he kept saying I'll send maintenance but no maintenance would come to my room to check I've put in 4 to 5 work orders in the past 4 months I have paid this dude on time every single week on time on the day it's due and nothing gets done paying $2200 a month just to sweat I took it upon myself to go to Walmart and buy 2 fans and my MIL had to give me 2 more 4 fans of my own total just to cool the place down on top of my fridge not working my lock broke just a month ago told him in person plus work order plus text msg to ******* and get nothing done I'm sick of complaining about the same thing not to mention that my fiance already asked to be switched rooms I get told by the maintenance to let me call the manager aka ******* or it's It'll be fix tomorrow morning and nobody comes to fix it not only that but I scrub my room down on my hands and knees every room n this hotel is filled with cockroaches i think you need a better manager for the valencia when I have to personally buy my own cleaning supplies and bug spray thats pretty sad

    Idk how they don't have sexual harassment charges against them! The manager, *****, is DISGUSTING! He hits on all the women! He sent texts to one 20 yr old girl telling her how hot she is and how he "has to flirt with her". He has to be near 70. We've seen him grab womens bottoms. He's rubbed my legs, my stomach, made sexual remarks to me abt "releasing his tension", and said not to tell my husband the things he said to me. He wd sell his cancer drugs to the residents, and when the person he had selling them for him no longer wanted to sell his drugs ** he wanted to stay legal, ***** started causing problems for him until he kicked him out. He also spreads rumors and straight out lies abt the residents. The place is INFESTED with roaches. He is by far the most unprofessional and disgusting person I've ever met. He should be locked up, not managing *any* business!!!

    Absolutely horrible experience! Not as advertised! Enterance door huge gap , could see outside! Upper lock was hanging down! The room was filthy, dirty, disgusting! Dirt crunching on the floor as you walked. A cheap card table with no chairs, TV stand had cigarette burns all over it, TV didn't work, the toilet was not clean, mold on the ceiling, bathtub was seriously patched in many areas and dirty. The bathroom door was all broken from one side to the other. Then the BUGS! My daughter and I pulled just the first blanket back and a bug in my bed. The one crawled over the nightstand. Next bugs coming in and out the door! That night people that clearly live there sat outside all night in parking drinking & partying. Hollering, dogs barking till 8am. I went to the front the next morning and asked to be moved or a refund! Owner would not do either! So I back to the room to figure out where we are going. My daughter goes to use microwave and there was a cockroach in it! At the point I didn't care about my money back. Don't do it even under new management as The Valencia!!

    This facility deserves ZERO stars. Horrible experience! The room smelled of mold. The floors were beyond filthy. They towel bar above the toilet was held on only on the left side, and tilted off the wall with a huge hole in the wall. The shower did not work. The shower faucet diverted was corroded not allowing the shower head to work. Only thing you can do is turn the water on from the faucet as you would when taking a bath, only to realize the stopper also doesn't work. Complete nightmare! We were stuck in an adjoining room, with a Spanish couple up all hours 11pm-430am screaming at each other until they finally got in their vehicles to leave. Called the front desk by personal phone because of course the room phone DOES not work. Of course. Front desk did not go to the obnoxious neighbors to address the situation.. My children got no sleep and we were there for a tournament. Save yourself, your family, and your health by NEVER considering this hotel. I've never been afraid to close my eyes in a hotel. The hotel refunded $22. Complete insult! They should not be allowed to operate a business! The most disgusting inhumane facility. There is no way this hotel is up to code!

    Good morning,
    We are sorry, We spoke to guest and we told them sorry too. We did room rate discount $20.00 plus tax and credited to guest account on 03/01/2022.
    We did credit more on guest credit card total credit been issue $42.02
    We did talk to neighbor guest to keep the voice down request them it's late night other people are sleeping.
    What ever we can we try to keep noise down from neighboring guest.

    We will work hard to fix the issue you experienced during your stay. Thank you for letting us know.

    Was never apologized to! They said they had to confirm with whoever worked the night we checked in to verify we called to complain about the neighbors before considering a credit.. And still haven't received a credit and this is 3/3
