December 29, 2022 Charged $450 for a service not ordered September 2022 -charged $230 that the company refunded as it was clear the relationship was no longer ongoing. The company continues to charge for services not ordered. There was a one time order made, yet, they continue to charge for additional services not ordered or authorized.

Looking in our system, I see PostcardMania refunded ************* for a charge in the amount of $203.22. This was completed on 12/2/22. ************* was invoiced for another charge due to an internal admin error but that charge was voided before being processed. Both transaction receipts for the refund and the voided charge are attached for review.

I bought there Everywhere small business with some postcards. After 3 months they start to charge you. On the second month, I told Them cancel and refund. Although they would not. It states in their state law, which Is Florida, that a customer can request a refund up to three days after the sale, which in true in my case. This has been the second time I have had a problem with this company. Last time, they made a website with a number that was out of order, and no one checked it. Who does that? Just make a website without checking if it works at all! Don't recommend this company at all. Taking my hard earned money somewhere else!!!

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/24) */ B C Tax Services https://www.nimblepcm.com/(W(25))/Main?ScreenId=CRXXXXXX&AcctCD=XXXXXXX As was explained to Mr. ****** several times, we take multiple actions each month to notify our clients when they're being billed for products even when they were sold with the specific intent to bill monthly. This is disclosed in each quote we send and an invoice sent after each time we bill because transparency is of utmost importance to PostcardMania. We informed Mr. ****** that since he never requested to cancel, the services were delivered and no refund can be given. We are all at a loss as to why Mr. ****** feels PostcardMania should be retroactively covering his marketing costs. Regarding the issue with the website, Mr. ******'s Call tracking from last year's marketing was canceled per his request, after being notified of past due bills. This was an issue that was addressed and an attempt was made to make right but Mr. ****** is not interested in any amicable resolution with PostcardMania. His account with us has been permanently closed.

2/2022 When talking with Postcard Mania to start my campaign, they had suggested sending 1000 mailers out a month and 3 free months of their advertising on Facebook and Google for my insurance company. After mailing out the first thousand and getting zero responses, I voiced concern. They told me you have to give it at least three mailings before they can evaluate it. So of course, I listened but after the second mailing, getting the same results, I'm still biting my tongue. Meanwhile, I'm paying $360 for first-class postage on all of these. So the third mailing goes out and out of 3000 cards, I get 2 responses. Also, they informed me there were over 800 clicks to my website, and out of those 800, I got zero calls and zero inquiries via email I find this is highly unlikely. The response to that was "at least you got your logo and name out" even though I clearly said that was not the goal. How does that even make sense not even 1 person out of 800 reached out? Eventually, I finally got to talk to Jordanna in quality control who I was told was the highest-ranking person that I could talk to in the company. Again, I voiced my concern to her. The first words out of her mouth were "we don't guarantee results". She repeats this at least 10 times during our conversation. I told her I understand it's not a guarantee but what I was looking for was the 1% - 2% response which is what I was told was the performance rate of their campaigns. Again, they told me, "We don't guarantee results". It seems like that's the only thing they can guarantee is that they don't guarantee what they say they do. The cost $3400 and $360 X 3 for each mailing Minus $786.51 Because I canceled before the next 2000 were mailed.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/15) */ Mr. ***** purchased 6,000 postcards in January 2022 with the intent to mail 1,000 per month for 6 consecutive months. Altogether, PostcardMania mailed 3,000 postcards completing 50% of the intended campaign. Mr. ***** states that it was explained many times we cannot guarantee results which is something we make clear upfront to all our clients. This was reiterated to Mr. ***** because expecting compensation for a lack of results would constitute a guarantee. There are far too many factors not within our control as a marketing firm to guarantee prospects in his area will be interested or in need of his services. Mr. ***** states he understands this but this very complaint would contradict that stance entirely. To handle this, we offered advice and direction based on the daily research we have been doing all 24 years we've been in business. Per his request, we have refunded Mr. ***** $786.51 representing the undelivered portion of the campaign. His account with PostcardMania has been closed. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/06/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Essentially, working with PostcardMania has been the worst business decision. Not only did I get miserable results - only 2 responses from 3000 postcards mailed and zero responses from over supposedly 800+ clicks to my website. But there were several errors in even starting the campaign that were red flags. Proofs needing my approval were emailed to someone outside my company. It was only because that person was a referral from me that I knew about the mistake. Plus, the initial 1000 postcards were mailed out with the wrong URL, which they had to reprint. So to clarify on the 5000 postcards I purchased not 6000 that you stated, I actually only purchased 5000 but the first 1000 had the wrong URL which I had to pay postage for in the amount of $360. For a company that has been in business for 24 years, I did expect better results. I relied on their 24 years of experience, the expertise they touted, the experience they said they had in my industry and was sold on what they said was a typical 1-2% response based on what they know of my industry. Instead, this company with 24 years of marketing expertise they say they have resulted in only 2 responses. I mistakenly believed in their sales pitch and lost out on $1,080 in postage and over $3,200 I invested in their postcards totaling over $4,280. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/06/21) */ Mr. ***** has been refunded for everything we didn't deliver with his expressed approval. Our standard handling for low response rates is a full review from our success analyst with recommendations and even sometimes an offer to help with additional products and services. However, Mr. ***** made it clear he was not interested in a civil discussion. His account with PostcardMania has been closed and all funds either delviered on or returned via a refund to his credit card.

I have been waiting for a refund from these people for approximately 2 months. I have repeatedly demanded to speak with Mike G. boss (the individual who supposedly issued my refund) and he refuses to provide me with their information. I have even emailed every person I've dealt with at this company, as well as the CEO. No response from anyone. Once I have a direct email address for whoever is handling this, I will send the proof I have, etc.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/06) */ Mr. ******* has been sent evidence on several occasions (as recently as today 6/6) that PostcardMania has in fact refunded his full production payment on 3/8/22. This was done via a Credit Card dispute and all actions have been completed on our side. We had a conference call with Mr. ******* and his bank in hopes of further helping him through this situation all in spite of the numerous threats for legal action. This is a testament to our unwavering customer service. 2 months after you dispute your change and stop being our client, we'll still pickup the phone to help! Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/06/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) These ridiculous people charges me twice and only provided one refund. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/06/09) */ PostcardMania has refunded 100% of what was paid and have made countless attempts to prove this to Mr. *******. After speaking directly with his bank, we were instructed to once more, send the screen shot showing the refund was processed. We did so immediately. Now this is between Mr. ******* and his bank.

This company is very non forthcoming. They gave me an estimate of my charges to which I paid in full. See attached document. In the document they put a note saying that postage is just an estimate of charges and may vary. Understandable if postage was a little higher I may be charged a bit more than the estimate right? Wrong they were alluding to an additional $1304 in postage that they were going to charge me each of the three months of the campaign. Regretfully if I would have known this I would NEVER have used the service. $7k in a 3 month mailer campaign is ridiculous. The one month they did send I received one phone call for a $300 repair job. Just a hard kick to the groin for a outrageously priced bad marketing investment. With no return on investment. Furthermore if you read the bottom of their invoice it said they have the right to change their rules anytime they would like. Which just further shows the shady crooks they are. Notice on the invoice they are charging me for 12k of materials. I have cancelled immediately and had no reference they intend to refund me $1100 for the 8000 prints they are not going to do now or the $440 for the 8000 mailing addresses they won't be printing now. They also did not provide me with the address list they said I purchased. This place is truly something else. They use very shady practices not fully disclosing all of the charges you will be charged. They do not care this is happening as they have built the work culture with all their employees to feel like they have done nothing wrong. It's despicable and outright bad business to not disclose all of your charges in detail. Super misleading. If an itemized list of my charges for the entire campaign would have been presented I wouldn't have not used this service. I want my $1540 refund in reality I feel it should be more than that split the difference at least at $2100 but good luck I'll be lucky if I see a dime. As it states they can just change their disclaimer. BEWARE!

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/15) */ Mr. ******** purchased a campaign of 12,000 Postcards with design services, 4,000 list records and addressing. I've reviewed this situation including all communication PostcardMania has had with Mr. ******** since he placed his order on 2/17/22. I found that the data regarding postage was explained both in writing and verbally, in at least 3 separate occasions. One of which, Mr. ******** was kind enough to upload with his initial complaint. His attachment (which I've provided a copy of as well), shows the "order Notes" section which states, "Postage rates are only estimates, Postage is paid separately at the time of mailing. First class 6x8.5 postcards will range b/w 30.6-32.6 per piece." Which is precisely what was disclosed during the sales call and the verbal acknowledgement of that is attached as well. Despite the fact that PostcardMania made all the necessary efforts to be transparent about Postage costs and despite all services less the addressing on 8,000 has been fully delivered with the written approval of Mr. ********, we will be refunding him for the 8,000 pieces and discontinuing our business relationship. This is due to the threat of violence he expressed to a member of our staff which he felt was an appropriate response to his own misunderstanding. I've attached a transaction receipt showing a refund was processed today in the amount of $1,300.00 Which is the per piece price paid after discounts for the 8,000 printing and addressing that'll we'll no longer be delivering. This refund is fully processed on our end but may take a couple days to process through the banks. Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2022/05/14) */ Ok so first let's address the elephant in the room here. Saying I'm so angry I want to murder people is not a viable threat it's a reference to one's level of anger and frustration. With no validity or seriousness of any harm. Furthermore it was immediately and I mean literally the next sentence followed up with exactly that being said thats it's just a reference of my frustration and anger with your company's poor business practices and not a threat. So grow up. keep beating that dead horse all you want it has little to do with this falling out of a business relationship. Your company being represented as some large scale outfit has about the most **** poor agreements and contracts of any company I have seen. This said to me by counsel. Just the fact you made any refund at this point is a direct reflection of that. Since your own agreements state no refund of any kind will be issued for any reason once work has been started. The fact that you have went against your own policies is about the biggest admission of guilt and lack of legality with your contracts. Future customers reading this take note. Although if this company had any smarts about them they would have a meeting over this and change the agreements and contacts effective yesterday. I mean how easy is it to line item out all intended charges (estimated or not) and intended future billing dates etc and get a agreement DocuSign and away you go. After speaking with counsel you have no agreement to charge me as you did. Your best effort is a note stating something about postage charges. "A note" no line item not reference of a cost or a billing date or cycle. No agreement signed I agreed to future charges Nothing. Is this your best argument for such? This note can be very easily misinterpreted. I mean what year is it and you don't itemize out all charges and furthermore you don't have customers DocuSign anything? May want to rethink your misleading and shady business agreements going forward. Your current process looks like you intentionally mean to mislead and somewhat fraud clients then lock them down with a very hard to hold up user agreement that basically list the rights to your company that they have the power to do what ever it feels necessary with out having to be responsible or refund anyone lol AGAIN ALL FUTURE POSSIBLE CLIENTS DOING RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY AND READING THIS DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND READ THE AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY I WILL ASSUME THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE YOU SIGN IT GOING FORWARD I'm not sure you did any work for me to be honest I received no jobs from 4k mailers supposedly mailed. Were they even mailed? I also paid for a mailing list that was promised to me and yet I have not received that mailing list still at this time. This was supposedly mine to keep as your company stated. So why was I charged those fees? then not allowed to have the list I paid for? After I have asked several times. At this point I'm seeking a full refund of all charges from your company. I will continue to pursue avenues to continually have your remember this incident until you do so going as far as I need to legally etc. hopefully this makes you better as a company. THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND PROBABLY THE BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY ON ANY MARKETING TO DATE IN 6 YEARS OF BUSINESS. I PERSONALLY DONT THINK ANY BUSINESS SHOULD USE BULK MAILING ESPECIALLY AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. WAY BETTER WAYS TO MARKET YOUR BUSINESS THESE DAYS AND I THINK FROM THIS EXPERIENCE COMBINED WITH WHAT I LEARNED WITH RESEARCH DUE TO THIS INCIDENT THAT BULK MAILING IS A FAILING TOOL IN TODAYS WORLD WITH VERY LITTLE VALUE NO WONDER WHY THERE IS VERY FRAUD ESQUE QUALITIES IN YOUR BUSINESS MODEL TO GENERATE REVENUE. so the ball is back in your court now pastcardmania to make this right and cancel this thing out full refund and make a happy ending to this unfortunate coming out of your discrpecies in policies and poor practices. Let's show future customers they can have faith in you moving forward with your customer service to admit your wrongs make it right and move on. Thanks

We ordered 1,000 custom-designed postcards on 1/7/22 that were to be mailed to people within a specific age range and territory. After being contacted by no less than 3 separate reps throughout the process (too many cooks spoiling the soup), and after they had collected initial payments, Postcard Mania reached out to advise that the original list they had generated and provided was invalid (not sure how that happened.) Tried to resolve with them directly to obtain a concession for less-than-deal circumstances as we were essentially baited and switched, and they stonewalled me before eventually offering my firm $50 off on our next order. Yeah right...

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/04) */ Mrs. **** purchased 1,000 4.25x6 postcards with a carrier route list (The USPS refers to this as a resident/occupant mailing), design services, and addressing services. I've attached the email showing the zip codes and carrier routes that were approved by Mrs. **** as well as the mail tracking showing they were in fact delivered to the routes and zip codes approved. I see there was an issue with the turn-around time on making adjustments to the list and have investigated. The order was set up with a resident/Occupant list but the list was pulled from the consumer database. This was not what was requested or paid for by Mrs. **** and mailing from the consumer database would also increase the agreed upon postage rage. We corrected this, and sent approvals one more time with the new data. The zip codes and routes did not change. For this error, added a free rush to her order which got the cards in the mail 5 days sooner than they would have otherwise. In our view, this offset the delay with the mailing list. We also offered to provide a $50.00 credit on account which amounted to 12% of her total production costs. We are deeply concerned with the accusation of bait and switch and would like to know specifically what of the products paid for on the attached order invoice were either, a) not delivered or b) substituted for an inferior product. Should this be the case, I will absolutely handle that for Mrs. ****. I look forward to hearing back and fully resolving this situation Please let me know if there are any questions regarding the attached documents. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/03/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Nonsense, we selected demographics from 25-41 years of age and your reps suggested mailing them to people 71 years of age instead. If that's not a bait and switch, I don't know what is. Swell investigation there, Sherlock. My position is if your reps pulled lists and presented them as the lists we were to be mailing to, those lists should have been honored. Regardless whether it cost your company add'l postage - because it was presented as the list we paid for. Very simple. Instead we were offered a $50 credit IF we were to use your service again. Why in the world would we pay your firm again? Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/03/10) */ On January 21st, 2022 our mailing list specialist emailed Jennifer W. (our sole contact for this account) to inform her of the newly uncovered limitations with the areas they wanted to mail to. I've attached that email here. Also attached is an audio file- a call to Jennifer to review the list changes needed. In this call the median ages were discussed for the routes available and specific routes were chosen based on this data. After the call, a new approval was sent and approved by Mrs. W.. If you refer to the first column of the list specs emailed for approval, you'll see a special data output to show what percent of the route has ages 24-45 (the originally requested age range). The two routes were selected by Mrs. W. since they had the highest percentage of the desired age ranges. You can also see the two highlighted routes that were approved and mailed to have a median age of 59 and 52, not 71 years as Mr. ******* claims. On 1/25/22 we received a call from Mrs. W. where she expressed her frustration with the fact it took 7.5 hours to get the list changes taken care of and requested compensation for this delay which resulted in our offer to credit back 12% of their production cost. At any point before the mailing schedule was approved and the postage invoice was paid, we could have canceled the order and provided a refund for undelivered services. What I want to make clear is that everything PostcardMania did, we did with the knowledge and approval of Jennifer W. who represented ***** ******* for this campaign. Regardless of these facts or that all products have been fully delivered, I will refund the full production payment of $410.00 on the condition this fully handles the situation and we're in agreement that everything done by PostcardMania was done with the full knowledge and written approval given by a representative of Cleveland Insurance Brokers. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/03/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) After the $410 refund is made to the Mastercard on file, I will accept PostcardMania's response and close the case. However, I do not agree that everything went as planned and was transparent. I suppose we'll have to respectfully agree to disagree on this public forum about that. Kindly advise once we've been credited the $410, thank you. Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2022/03/15) */ Upon thorough review, PostcardMania has delivered all products in accordance with the written approval given by Jennifer W. at Cleveland Insurance Brokers. We have provided documentation showing our transparency and the correlating approvals from Cleveland Insurance Brokers. We're offering to refund for fully delivered products but if that resolution doesn't resolve this entirely, it's not something we will be willing to provide. Consumer Response /* (2000, 15, 2022/03/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I'm closing my complaint in good faith now so that PostcardMania may process our $410 refund. Thank you.

Postcardmania deducted from my business account $670.95 on October 14, 2021 and $298.51 on November 5, 2021. This is a total of $969.46. Postcard mania agreed to mail 1,024 postcards in November and 1,024 in December to a requested mailing list of closest addresses near the place of business/church. They never mailed the postcards, though they sent an e-mail saying that 100% of the postcards were delivered on November 5, 2021. My business address was on the mailing list, and never received the postcard. It is now November 24, 2021, and no postcards were received. Please have them refund as soon as possible. My credit card is stored in the system, and their I.T. department has designed their website to prevent anyone from removing the credit card information from their website. Request the company to remove my credit card information. This is is a disingenous company, predatory, who collects money and not deliver on any of the services they promised. Requesting Postcardmania refund the total amount and cancel services with them. After multiple e-mails and phone calls, they have refused to cancel services. Need Better Business to help resolve. Will not do business with them again. Please see supporting attachments.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/07) */ Mr. ***** Purchased 2,500 4.25x6 postcards from PostcardMania with 1,250 list records, design and addressing services for $670.00 on 10/13/21. Mr. ***** approved his design on 11/2/21 and the first batch of 1,250 cards were mailed out 3 days later on 11/5/21. Mr. ***** did express concern to PostcardMania that his mail was never sent to the USPS for delivery. After the mailing tracking report was pulled and shown, Mr. ***** responded by threatening our staff and accusing PostcardMania of committing fraud. We have tried to resolve this with Mr. ***** but he is only demanding a full refund for the service that have been delivered with his approval. He has also made provably false statements on multiple public platforms regarding this matter. We wish to resolve this with Mr. ***** but he has not allowed for much room for that to happen. At this point, I'm not even able to refund him for the undelivered products since he is actively disputing his postage charge which was paid to the USPS for the delivery of his 1,250 postcards on 11/10. If PostcardMania wins the dispute and Mr. ***** is willing to cooperate towards an amicable resolution, I will do everything within reason to make that happen. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/12/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) No threats were ever made. Why would that be mentioned? I did express that there was the appearance of fraud because no mail was received. It is now a full month and no mail was sent. No return addresses were received to my mailbox which is reasonable for a mail initiative this large. My address did not receive the postcard. No proof of viable mailed addresses were provied. They asked me to sign a release of mailing list, but no letterhead from Postcard mania or the vender was on the release of mailing list form. No one followed up with my question for a document with letterhead. It looked like something that was typed with no viable letter head. For a company that cared about their reputation why would they leave it up to the customer to confirm delivery by the post office when they were the ones responsible for the mailing? If they would show proof of actual mailing to viable addresses (does not have to be to all 1,249, Just a few addresses (e.g. 25 addresses) It would resolve the issue, If they can not show proof, please provide the full refund. This would be appreciated. Was really looking for a good relationship with them, but this was disappointing.

Hello, I paid in full for services, Postcardmania was fully aware they will not be able to deliver and they failed to disclose. Once the "everywhere business" campaign stater running, I noticed immediately how it will be impossible to accomplish my goal. I was very clear from the start on what I wanted to achieve. What they advertise is very deceiving. I contacted them immediately to express my concerns since they present themselves as the experts. We went back and forward on emails and that's when someone said that the solution that they were offering was not compatible. After that, they have been trying to make me buy things that I don't need they did not provide a fair solution that will meet what I need. I'm extremely disappointed, I trusted this company and the way they present themselves as experts. Now I have been transferred to talk with the quality department. Stephanie M. is telling me now that the cancellation has been submitted but she cannot issue a refund. She continues harassing me by denying to issue my refund and by asking me to contact her, so she can provide options. I have been very clear from the beginning, PostcardMania has been the total opposite. The representative knows a refund has been requested multiple times. I'm requesting a full refund for what I was charged for the "Everywhere Small Business".

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/02) */ On 8/12/21 Mr. ******** purchased a campaign of 3,000 6x8.5 postcards with design services, a mailing list of 1,000 mailing list records as well as our Everywhere Small Business suite of online marketing products. After several rounds of changes the design was approved by Mr. ******** on 9/13/21 with the initial mailing going out on 9/22/21. The online ads were subsequently approved on 9/23/21, screen shots of both approval confirmations are attached. So far, Mr. ******** has mailed 2,000 of the 3,000 cards he purchased from PostcardMania with his second mailing being delivered into mail boxes on 10/25, a day after this complaint was filed. The Google ads displayed for Mr. ******** were shown 16,411 times resulting in 115 clicks to his website and the Facebook ads were shown 2,465 times with 33 clicks to tltdreamhomes.com. There was no issue with these ads being delivered, however when it was explained that the landing page we were creating needed to either replace his current URL or be assigned a new URL entirely, Mr. ******** made the decision to not move forward with that landing page. This product was provided to MR. ******** at no cost to him in order to increase the likelihood of getting a favorable response to the mailings. I've attached an invoice for the landing page upgrade showing $0.00 was changed for this product. Since Mr. ******** did not complete all 3 months of his online marketing, I can offer him a refund of $558.77. This is not something we normally offer since the work of setting up the campaign, designing the ads and daily split testing has already been delivered and the budgets have been paid to the respective platforms. However, in an effort to handle this situation I'm willing to bypass **** policy. There are 1,000 cards left in inventory that we will recycle unless Mr. ******** would like to cover the shipping costs (which can be deducted from the above-mentioned refund amount) I do wish Mr. ******** would have continued with the campaign he set up with his marketing consultant in August and it's unfortunate that he didn't even wait until the second mailing was delivered to file this complaint. We have many resources for our clients and do whatever we can to make things right when they don't go as planned. I hope the solution I've presented will be acceptable. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/11/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I do not agree with what Postcardmania is offering. As expected, Postcardmania's reply is full of false statements. They knew from the beginning that they were not compatible with what I clearly requested from call one. Bellow I'm including the email received on October 1st when they finally decided to let me know Postcardmania's tool was not compatible. My order was placed back in August as stated on the response from them. I contacted them immediately once I saw a problem the everywhere business and they dragged the conversation without offering a fair solution. I was charged $1,450.00 for 3 months of Everywhere business. Postcardmania needs to refund the full amount. My complain is not about approvals or anything related to whatever Postcardmania is talking about on the statement posted. I paid for 90 days of online service, that service was not delivered. It is terrible advice for Postcardmania to wish I would have continued the online campaign, when they know it was a mess. Again, postcardmania did NOT made any other designs for the online campaign they used the same postcard they have charged me to design. I am requesting a refund of $1,450.00 for the Everywhere Small Business. **********@postcardmania.com Fri, Oct 1, 2021 at 9:58 AM Cc: ******@postcardmania.com, *******@postcardmania.com, John W. Hi ******, Unfortunately, eXp sites are not compatible with the Catch that Lead Tool. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/11/17) */ Mr. ******** never had the product called "Catch that Lead", that email was an inquiry but was simply explaining why it could not be added to his order. The "incompatibility" was with his existing site and to handle this we provided a free landing page. Mr. ******** did not want to use the domain for his current website on the landing page and was not willing to purchase a new one. This caused us to cancel the landing page we comped but did not affect the online ads from being displayed for which I've previously provided the stats on what was delivered. These ads were approved to go live by Mr. ******** on 10/18 and his budget was allocated to the respective platforms at that time. Despite this, we are still willing to refund Mr. ******** $558.77 since he chose to not complete the 3 months of his online marketing campaign. I've provided screen shots of the approval, and the email where we provided multiple options to handle this situation in the best way possible. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2021/11/23) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Again Postcardmania NEVER provided the free landing page they are claiming. The everywhere business campaign started around 9/24/21. After I followed up because nothing was happening. I requested cancellation 10/24/21. I paid $1,450 for 90 days. The campaign was only live for 21 days. I am entitle to receive a refund for the remaining 69 days. A total of $1,110.90 is the amount Postcardmania owe me. The designed used for the everywhere business campaign was the same postcard designed I paid. Postcardmania Please stop trying to keep unearned money and issue the refund of $1,110.90 to the card on file.
