  WARNING!!!! In 2023, I engaged JH to install a new tile roof. A few months after the completion of the tile roof, which amounted to $40,000, I discovered a leak in the flat roof. It was determined that they had not adequately integrated the back flat roof with the tile roof, unlike the front, which ultimately led to the leak. I reached out to them to address the pitch issue. I had to wait several weeks for a single individual, as the company indicated, who could perform the repair on the initial leak. Subsequently, I encountered another leak (both leaks occurred within less than a year after the tile roof was finished) and contacted them for assistance in placing tarps and sandbags, which I had on hand, only to be informed that no one was available. This occurred during hurricane season, and I expressed my situation as a 69-year-old woman in need of someone to secure my roof as water poured in from the previous leak. It seemed that my concerns were overlooked. I communicated with **** ******* (the new owner, who was rather impolite), as well as ******* ******* ***** Fong, and ******.A neighbor and I ascended to my roof and spent two hours securing the tarps. By the way, they could have recommended that I contact EMERGENCY TARPS FOR ASSISTANCE. I was astonished to discover broken/cracked tiles and significant gaps where the mortar had not been filled. Consequently, I had to hire another roofing contractor to correct the substandard workmanship and also incurred expenses for two flat roof replacements.I followed up numerous times to inquire about the existence of a warranty, only to be told that no one was available, and from that moment onward, I was ignored. I was unaware that the company had been sold. My advice is to verify who is pulling/signing the permit, as this could indicate that the company was in the process of transitioning or had been sold.

  Have a contract with 5 year guarantee for workmanship from January 2020, that company will not honor. Want to charge $1200 to fix leak that should be covered. Said new owner will not cover old owners guarantee.

  John Hogans roofing crew arrived at the time they stated. They worked a 13 hour day and came back the next to finish the job. They were ************. The crew was very polite and cleaned everything. The used magnetic carts to pick up loose nails in the yard and shrubs. They did a great job on our roof. Their price was very competitive and included a 25 year warranty. I highly recommend them.

  Put roof on 5/8/2022. Had a leak 2 months later which showed up on garage inside ceiling They came and believed it was fixed. 6/20/2022 leak on garage ceiling spread. Called this am. Billy said I needed to be home. Stayed home all day. No call No show. Called 3:30 pm Billy said they would come early tomorrow with shingles. This roof cost $16 500 paid extra for better guarantee. Called office but only the girls would talk to me
  Asked for address, wouldn't give it to me because they work out of previous owners house. This is very bad customer servce. Asked for names I should speak to
  Wouldn't give them to me. When zi became irate they said I shouldn't speak to them like that. But who should I speak to. They wouldn't budge. Then I said you are taking the brunt of my anger
