I bought a water softener from this company in 2020 and got scammed like 100s of other customers. The softener doesnt work, paid $321 in 2023 for yearly maintenance and salt service as they suggested so that it can be fixed, but never received the service either. The owner answered the call couple of times and said she will look into it and service will be done within 2 days everytime and now doesnt answer the call either. FraudInitial Complaint

Bought a new water softener system Jan 2023. I called for system service. Business would not return my calls. Business has failed to deliver salt for new system. For a failing system I'm not sure who to contact. I have a warranty with this business but there is absolutely NO communication on their part. It appears this is a sales tactic and scam. Just read all the other reviews and this one is no different. Moving forward I am forced to hire a new business. Unbelievable!SHAME!!Initial Complaint

We bought a water softener from this company about 2 years ago. In the contract we signed, they were supposed to delivery salt for 5 years, which hasn't happened. My wife and I have tried contacting them many times over the phone but they just don't answer. My wife was able to get in touch with a lady (forgot her name) and she promised us we would have salt delivery that week. Did not happen. And that was months ago. 11/22/23 Installed water softener - Supposed to come back after 4 weeks to check water level - has not been able to deliver service despite numerous calls and text message and assurances - As I understand from other customers, the owner will now fail from the promise of delivering salt for 3 years.Initial Complaint

I've been with them for quite a few years. I had to start calling every month to get salt and and peroxide delivered. Have had many issues in the past few years with shotty service, example- ******************* tied together and left on the floor of *************, softener plugging up with sediment in the drain line, pure salt water in house faucets. Worst service I've ever dealt with. Even her employees tell me they don't know what's going on with ****** the owner.Initial Complaint

Have had a working relationship as a customer of the company for many years for installation, service and bi-monthly delivery (water softner system, maintenance & repair and salt delivery) for two homes ******************************************* both of which I own. Last spring I struggled to reach the company by phone to renew my annual contract, an office employee took messages but I did not hear back. I was contacted by the owner, ************************************* concerned why I had not renewed the annual contract on both homes. We discussed that I had been attempting to reach the office but had no success. Apologies were made and offer was made to me to renew the contract over the phone and set up appt for service and salt delivery asap. Salt delivery was set up within the week at both addresses but only a half tank of salt was delivered to each with the understanding we would be put back on the regular delivery route. Since summer I have been unable to reach the office, I visited and left notes on the door. Spoke with ****** by cell phone two or three times with the assurance that we would recevie service (annual maintenance) and regular salt delivery. We have had no deliveries, repeated attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful. Last communication within Dec. indicated that "*****" would be by to drop off salt, which has not occured. Spoke with ****** ******************** was told it appears they have abandoned the business/dissolved, many customers have contacted leasing office to try to reach JS Distributors with no success. I contacted ************************************* by text and advising I would need to resolve the account if salt delivery and mainteneance was not going to occur. Renewed 1 year service plan with JS Wholesale, INCLUDING Salt delivery every 8 weeks. Last salt delivery was Sept. 8th as I captured the employee on my ring doorbell. I have been calling MULTIPLE times daily to for the past three weeks. Business phone number, cell phone and texting. Finally, ****** called me back stating she was in the hospital (ICU) for quite some time and couldn't respond until two days ago. She promised a salt delivery yesterday. I texted her (she stated best way of contact) and she confirmed again someone would be out today. Well 6:10pm rolls around and still no one. I once again contacted her via text and no response. Here we are again today, texting ****** and calling but NO ONE is again responding. This company took the $$$ for the service and salt and ghosts their customers. Do the right thing and fulfill your end of the contract or give me and all the other customers you scanned our money back!Initial Complaint

I've tried since June of ********************************************************************************************************************** I have a yearly service contract with them. I've now had to turn my unit completely off and can not use. I want this unit serviced and salt delivered as soon as possible. I've attached text message to the owner and tech with no luck.
