      They bugged us about renewing our yearly contract for salt and Hydrogen Peroxide for our system. I sent in $535.00 in August this year. They have never showed up to deliver either product. No one answers their phone and when ******** answering machine comes on, she says they will get back to me in 24 hrs. Of course, no one calls back. I cant believe she would treat her long time customers this way!

      We originally entered into contract with JS H2O Distributors for installation of the ***** systems water filtration unit on 6/2/2019 with a 1 year free salt maintenance policy and we paid upfront for another year through June 2021. Then we renewed our contract with JS H2O Distributors on 6/4/2021 for a 3 year service of our water treatment system which would include salt maintenance every **** weeks. We paid $535 including tax for the 3 year renewal contract. It has been a while since someone showed up to replace the salts but it was probably in May 2023. Since then no one has come out. The water quality is not good now and I have called several times in the last several weeks and left several messages but no response. Finally, at one point I spoke to the owner and she said someone will come out that week but no one came and neither she nor anyone else from this company has returned my calls since. This is very frustrating specially since we paid for the service upfront. At this point I demand that they respond to my reasonable request to a) return my call b) perform the contractually agreed upon service including replacing water softener salts c) OR refund me prorated amount since the last visit through$2532 the remainder of the contract period. Or they will be required to pay the cost of any damages to the ***** system water filtration unit itself which we purchased from them in 2019 for a total of $1650. The ***** system 10 year guarantee states that the the life of the filter media will depend on the water chemistry and will be the responsibility of JS Wholesale H2O Distributors. If JS H2O Wholesale Distributors do not come out to service it as per the contractual agreement that we already paid for they should incur the cost of any damages to the system.

      I bought a water Softner unit from JS wholesale distributors **** Pre-sales experience was excellent and the unit was installed that comes with 10 years warranty and 3 years of salt maintenance. Observed my Softner tank was half full with water. Also, noticed that the drain that was supposed to drain salt water onto the drainage, has been let on the lawn that is killing my grass. The response for salt maintenance was good but no one showed up until today 9/21/23 in spite of following up since 7/2/23 for salt maintenance and fixing the drain. Im frustrated with no show by the service technician. I was patient until finding out that they are not inclined or willing to honor their commitment and also fix the drain problem. I would like these services are performed asap as the water quality at home has already deteriorated. Hope they respond at least after this complaint.

      On June 12, 2023 after many attempts to reach the company, I received a return call to my request for service. I paid $250.00 with my credit card for my annual service fee which includes the delivery of salt four times a year.No one ever made arrangements to service my machine and my repeated calls from August to now have gone unanswered. I tried sending a message through their website but have not received an answer to that either.I have not had salt in my machine for at least a month and I am sure it is affecting my machine I told them the last time I received salt and each time I phoned and left a message that I need to be home when then deliver the salt because I can no longer manage lifting the salt if they just leave it at my door. Plus I want them to service the machine. When I call or email I am assured someone will call me withing 24 hours but for two months that has not happened. If they have gone out of business I would like to know how I get my $250 back that I paid for my annual service account in June. I would also like to know if there are any other businesses that could service my machine and deliver and install the salt for me.

      I called on 5/4 at 6:34 am 11:51am, May 8th 7:34 am, May 11th 12:17pm, 2:51pm, May 12 9:58am 10:04am, 5/16 can't find the time. Also my wife called 3 times. We have a contract for salt delivery and checking the system. We were running low of salt and I started calling on 5/4. After many tries my wife got through and ****** said we will get some salt out I will call you back. We have not received a call. Today I called got the receptionist who I have spoken with before and she is very nice. She said she would see what she could do. Still haven't heard back. All we want is the salt that we have paid for. Get me the salt when requested and I will be happy. Not living up to your end of the bargain is very very frustrating. Please get us some salt. I have already purchased a bag and hauled into the garage. We have the service so I don't have to do that.

      On 01/03/22 I paid forward $588.50 for the entire year of "Well policy" service, which included monthly visits to add chemicals (chlorine and salt) as well as ensuring proper functioning of the water treatment system.During the first 3 months 1) my pump was not working, they replaced it with another used one, which also stopped working in a couple of weeks. I ended up procuring parts and fixing the pump myself, all the while enjoying untreated water.2) the technician mixed up input and output lines to chlorine pump leaving me with untreated water for a week before I noticed.3) Me procuring and repairing a slashed chlorine intake line.Despite me repeatedly reporting foul smelling water, we were assured that this is normal and nothing needs to be done, until I went in to investigate myself. Last visit, 4th, took place in the early days of May.Something was wrong with chlorine levels depleting but, despite me having confirmed the need with the owner to review the system, the regular technician only added chemicals and left.I called to ask for a specialist to come by and review the system and answer questions, given the above.Since then nobody showed up once, not for the system, nor to add chemicals.I inquired several times, until the point where my chemicals were at the bottom again and I had to refill everything myself.At that point, early July, I called to ask for a prorated refund. The owner told me that I will be issued it but the owner needs to come by to verify the situation, claiming that her employees were telling her that they were doing the job the entire time.Nobody showed up, nobody called, responded or returned my calls or messages since then.At the end of July I made last direct attempt to reach out for a refund, to no response.Because during our last communication, *******, the owner, told me that she would be happy to refund me, this is what I am expecting.

      I paid $267.50 in December 2021 for ******************************** January 2022. Monthly service was to include water treatment system check and salt delivery for the water softener. Service stopped in August, 2022 and phone messages were not acknowledged or returned. Owner "*******" has lied to me on several occasions regarding when a tech would come out and add salt to the system. Now she will not return my phone calls or provide service I paid for in good faith for all of 2022. I am seeking a refund for the pro rata share of the $267.50 for the 5 months in 2022 that the company is no longer providing service for.
