On Monday, 9/16, I was trying to renew my son's passport. I did a ****** search and went on a page titled, U.S. Passport Renewal, with the website, govapplysupport.com. I thought this was an official site to renew passports. After filling out the information and making the payment of $64.88, it was then revealed that the site only helps you fill out the form to send into the real government agency. This is a complete scam and was not what I thought I was paying for. The company does not provide a phone number for which a customer can call to complain.

I needed to renew my passport and this website provided online completion of the form. It was not clear that the website was not the government and it implied that the fee charged would be to renew the passport at ***** plus the mailing label at 3.83. I did receive the email with the application and then realized that the ***** did nothing other than populate the form as I completed. There is still $130 fee to renew the passport. I feel like this website was not clear at all in explaining the 85 fee.

I thought i was on a government passport site, this is fraudulent and impersonation of a government agency. I want a full refund. I am 53 year old woman with one income supporting 2 adults 5 cats and 3 dogs. I cannot afford to waste money like this. These people should be taken off the Internet for impersonating a government office.

I filled out the online form for my wife to get a copy of the passport application. When finished I was given an option to download a copy which I did. The file says corrupt and wont open. It also say a receipt was emailed to me. I have no receipt in my inbox or spam folder. The website says they can be reached 24/7 which is not true. When I call a recording says nobody is available. When I email support it says they are looking into my complaint. Nobody has reached out to me by phone or email. I believe this company is a scam!

The site charges $85 to fill out the form. The form is supposed to be emailed to you, and you are allowed to print it online. The passport form does not print correctly, and it was not emailed to the address given. *********** said it is a scam.

I used easy form filler without realizing that I was not utilizing a government site. The site appears as if you are completing everything you need to be able to renew your passport. They then proceed to charge you as if it is the renewal fee. After completing this, I was emailed all the paperwork that is free to complete via the actual government website with the instructions to pay the real renewal fee for my passport. This website is charging to do something that is completely free with the pretense that it is what is needed to be able to renew your passport. Now they have EVERYTHING needed for identity theft because the passport application form requires all info someone would need to open bank, credit, rental, loan info in your name. This business needs to be shut down. I was able to stop the charge on my card from going through thanks to my credit card company's fraud alert but have had to place a credit freeze with all the bureaus & still have a few more to set to make sure no bank accounts or utilities and such can be opened in my name without my knowledge

I was online trying to apply for a new passport. It came upon this site that supposedly would let you fill out a form and do the renewal online. I filled out their form and submitted it and they charged me $85. Afterwards I found out that you cannot get a new passport online that you have to fill out paperwork and bring it in to a passport renewalfacility like the post office. This was a big scam and I want my money back

On July 22, 2024 I was searching the internet for the US **** of ***** to try to renew my passport online. The first website that came up was easy-form-filler.com with a picture that looks similar to US **** of *****'s website. I continue to enter my personal information thinking it is the online renewal process. It asked for my credit card information and even asked if I would like to purchase passport loss insurance for an extra $20 and something (don't quite remember). I proceed to enter my credit card information to pay for the service which I assume is the fee to renewal my passport and the extra $20 for insurance which was a total of $88.83. I Site stated that my application was sent to my email so when I check and download the application (thinking it a copy for me to keep). I caught that verbiage that I must pay the **** of ***** $130 to renew the passport and the application was only the actual form. They also did not provide anything about the "passport insurance" that they charged me for. That was the moment I knew this website is a scam. I would like for them to refund the full amount they charged me - $88.83 and for others to know this website is a scam and not to become a victim.

Easy-Form-File.com is posing as a government site. It is the first thing that pops up when you search passport application/renewal this should be illegal and the government should shut them down. The site looks very legit. I gave them $88.83 to fill out a form that I was duped into believing was for my passport renewal. I will fight to get my money refunded and to get this site shut down. This is unacceptable that the site remains able to continuously con people out of money.
