We called everybody in the area, inquiring about price, availability, and turnaround. **** not only checked all of the boxes, but he was INCREDIBLY responsive, helpful, and understanding.Intentionally screwed by a contractor, I knew I would fail the portion of the inspection that would cut my premiums in half. Hearing and seeing my particular circumstances and situation, **** gave us invaluable advice and direction that enabled us to complete the job as swiftly and economically as possible. He instructed us to send him pictures of the completed projects so he could revise his report at no additional charge! WHO DOES THAT??**** really went out of his way to work with us. He had every right to charge an additional fee for all of his extra time and efforts. But he didn't. He helped a broke and broken little old lady during an exceptionally stressful time, and he will never truly know how much that meant.It's getting harder and harder to find businesses who operate on old-school ethics and principles. They could learn a lot from ****; and you couldn't make a better choice than JRZ Inspection Services.
