Certified roofing has done three repair jobs on my home in the last year and two months and now the first repair is leaking really bad and Christine has been putting me off for weeks to even come look at the problem. I bought this home a couple of years ago and the roof is only 6 years old and on the first repair he told me that the roof was in fine shape that sometimes it happens on the edges like that but that repair will last quite a while so I trusted him with two other repairs since then. Now I've spent all this money in repairs and I still need a new roof I'm disabled on a budget. I just want to warn people to beware get the warranty in writing and the repair and new wood replacement only lasted a year and now new roof quotes are $2000 to $3,000 more than they were last year. Just wanted to let everyone know of my experience was Certified Roofing before you make a choice shop around.

Hello, In response to your complaint it is correct that you called in early June 2022 for a repair. The aforementioned repair was done by us, as you wrote, 1 year and 2 months ago in 2021 *we did not install the original roof as that was done by someone else who you stated did not pull a permit. At your initial call we were happy to schedule to come out to assess the issue the following week. however, you were very unhappy to hear there may be a charge since our previous repair was out of warranty as of Spring of 2022, during this call you made some very uncalled for words and remarks, at which time I stated we were happy to refer you to another roofing company to assist your needs.
Furthermore, since your initial call in June, you have made several subsequent hostile calls, even leaving a recorded voicemail threatening retribution, it was therefore in consideration for our owner and employees that we had to inform you that we were unable to help you any further and at that time we again offered to refer you to another roofing company that would be willing to assist your needs.
As for your comment regarding our new roof quote you are correct that the price did increase quite a bit, as roofing material has increased every 2-3 months since early 2021, an average of 8-12%, not to mention labor shortage has increased labor cost as well. It is definitely a disappointment that the cost of inflation is standard for all industries across the US, based on these items we were unable to give you the same price as last year.
