After spending so much time with other companies & unrealistic low prices that we later realized would most likely not happen, we found ***** and ******* at Door to Door. Their honestly, communication and diligence was like no other. We will choose them for any next needs, as they are a true bridge between the customer and drivers, they know what their doing!

Thanks ***** the toughest part of the Job is going against companies quoting half the price to bait you in only to double it after they have you hooked.. I contracted with Door-to-Door for an interstate vehicle delivery. Their written agreement clearly stated they would be responsible for Door to ************* All Taxes, Tolls and Insurance. The vehicle was loaded onto a transport vehicle at the dealership, carried to my residence, and unloaded in the driveway at my home in the destination state. There were no problems with receipt. About a month later, I received a bill from a toll company stating that I owed a toll fee for transport. The invoicing had a photo of the dealer's tag which was affixed to the rear of my vehicle. I telephoned my POC ******* @ Door to Door. I explained that I received a bill that should not be my responsibility per our written agreement. ******* asked me how much the bill was, and I told him. I again said this was not my responsibility. He became belligerent and expressed how it was the dealer's fault for not removing the tag prior to the vehicle being loaded at pickup. I responded that, our contract clearly states that Door-To-Door would be responsible for all tolls, and if a temporary dealer's tag should be removed, that was an issue between the Dealer and the Door-to-Door driver at the time of loading. The transport vehicle using the roadway is responsible, the vehicle(s) being carried by that transport.******* yelled "YOU bought the vehicle from the dealer" and "it's their fault for not removing their tag!" Before I could reply, ******* **** up. I called my salesman. He said they are NOT allowed to remove a dealer's tag from the vehicle when it's being transported. He confirmed the tag should be removed & replaced when the vehicle is registered, tagged & titled in the destination state.******* was highly unprofessional and failed miserably in his ******************* satisfaction. While I will NOT consider any future business or referrals of Door-To-Door, an apology and making this "right" should be the least Door-to-Door should do to resolve this unfortunate event.Door to Door Transport Co.

Hi ****** I'm glad to hear the car was delivered on time with no issue, as far as ******* he is my brother-in-law and its out of character for him to be nothing but respectful and appreciative to our customers that allow us to serve them, that's how we have remained in business 15yrs by putting our customers first. As far as any tolls that were accrued this happens from time to time with our thousands of snowbirds we ship every each, we can provide you with BOL to show your car was in transport when tolls were charged and DOT will waive or reimburse you, or like we do any other time we will just pay you back the toll fee as a matter of customer service. Please let me know how you would like to proceed so we can resolve this issue.. My car was transported from ******, ** to ********* on January 22, 2025. The car arrived fine and was picked up by my brother. The problem is that the price changed from what I was quoted. Original quoted was $1,050.00 for a pickup on 1/23 or 1/24. Paid $250.00 up front. On Monday 1/21 I started getting calls that they wanted to pick the car up on 1/22. I needed the car until 1/23. I made arrangements and agreed to a 1/22 pickup. When the car arrived, the driver said I owed $900.00. I called ******* at Door to Door and said it was because they had to arrange for another driver since the car could not go on 1/22. I said thats not my problem since the agreement was for a pickup on 1/23 or 1/24. ******* said pay the $900 and he would go to accounting on Monday morning and cut me a check for $100.00. Still waiting for the check and ******* does not answer or return my calls. Not good!!!Door to Door Transport Co.

This company transported my Jeep from ************** to ****** **. The entire transaction was executed flawlessly, on time, and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them highly. Most importantly, at least in my mind, was their responsiveness to my questions. **************** from *** was impeccable and very timely.Door to Door Transport Co.

Deceitful business practices. Misrepresented the fees by calling their broker fee a deposit and not giving it back. Also, they did not tell me that the price went up and I was told only when the driver arrived with the car and charged me way more than agreed on cash. An honest business would have told me that the price was more than originally agreed beforehand so that I could prepare to pay more. Had to transfer money from different accounts in order to pay and get my car. When I tried to contact them to resolve this, no response. ******* and ***** were both very unprofessional. I waited for a call back on the day the manager ***** said hed call to resolve the issues and he never did. Yes my car got here, but it was for more than the price I was quoted, and there was no transparency or explanation for the significant increase. Beware when you hire them, they will not be honest and will change your contract terms (which is illegal) without your consent. They wont even inform you.Door to Door Transport Co.

***** your car was picked up and transported 2800 miles on time and exactly at the price you were quoted from the beginning. I apologize that the breakdown as far as pick up fee and what was due on delivery was not explained to you more clearly I did reach out to resolve the issue after we were back from the holiday weekend, but I guess you felt it was more important to express your opinion online which we fully respect. This industry requires such a learning curve and it’s exhausting. So many shady companies out there. After much research and many quotes, I landed with Door to Door. Armando was my contact. He was very calm. He listened and responded to all my concerns and questions and, turns out, his responses were honest. In addition he never tried to hard sell. The price (TX to PA) was in the middle of the quotes I was receiving from every company on the planet, which was fine as I didn’t trust the low ball offers anyway. He found a driver in a timely fashion. The driver responded even quicker. You pay nothing until they find your driver. And yes the driver was COD, but the price didn’t change. Go ahead and read their reviews on every website. The majority are excellent and they respond to the ones that aren’t. I would definitely use them again.Door to Door Transport Co.

5 starsReading reviews in the auto transportation brokerage business is scary. Unless you are willing to pay a fortune, it seems once most of them get you on their hook with your deposit money, they bait-and-switch you by adding fees or jacking up the initial fee they offered, and that made me leery of calling any of them. But then, in a stroke of luck, at just the right time, I received an email offer from Door To Door Transport that seemed as if it had been written just for me. It mostly put to rest all of my concerns. And then, just as I had done with all of the others (14 to be exact), I went to check their ratings and reviews on BBB and Google. Considering that and their prices, it was then that I knew that Door To Door Transport was the one I wanted to try. I telephoned them Saturday and was surprised that someone actually answered their phone. Kelly said he would send an updated quote to me with my corrected zip code and that he could have my vehicle picked up Monday or Tuesday, and delivered by Friday, so I agreed. We spoke on Monday to confirm. True to their word, it was picked up Tuesday afternoon. Once on the truck, I was told it would actually be delivered in lightning speed: late that night or early the following morning. By 7:30 AM, it was being unloaded at my house. Afterward, the driver asked for the exact dollar amount I had been told to expect. It can’t get any better than this: Vehicle picked up, transported 390 miles, and dropped off within 48 business hours for the exact amount quoted - all at a reasonable cost to boot. I will definitely be recommending Door To Door to everyone I know and using them again myself in the future. Mind blown. .Review fromCindy B

5 starsI called on a Wednesday to schedule a transport from Cheyenne, WY to Lakewood, CO. Lola was patient, friendly and she walked me through every step of the process. She called me at 9:30 the next morning with a truck available. I had the vehicle delivered to my doorstep safely at 1 PM Thursday, less than 24 hour from the initiation of the request.Review fromDawn C

I would give this place zero stars, if I could. I contacted Door to Door in March 2024 to ship my sons car from ************ to ******* in May 2024. At that time, ******* indicated it was too early to schedule, but took my contact information and the dates I needed. I called back at the end of April to once again get on the schedule. This time I spoke with ****, who was a little more pleasant and she reviewed the notes I left previously. I called the week of, the days of, and the very last day that I needed to have the car transported but was never given a day or time that the car could be shipped. In fact, no one ever contacted me with information, I always had to initiate contact. I contacted another shipping company that thankfully could transport my sons car the very next day. However, I had to pay a hefty fee since it was so last minute. DO NOT USE DOOR TO DOOR TRANSPORT to ship your vehicle or youll regret it.Door to Door Transport Co.

Sorry **** for any miscommunication, but when you booked the order a few days before you needed pickup you were advise that we needed a bigger pickup window do to the mass amount of cars leaving Fl for the snowbird season, we were in touch every step of the way and had a driver for pickup that unfortunately did not meet your timeframe, We are sorry and we try our very best on every transport but do to the last minute booking and amount of cars leaving at that time we could not pick up in time. Please next time if you can give us a little more time to assign driver to meet your dates.
