This dealership does not care about their customers. I have leased six ***************** and purchased one. Though I have loved the cars themselves, I would never deal with this dealership again. I bought my last vehicle at lease expiration and paid in full for it. Unfortunately, my bank made an extra monthly payment after the lease was paid off. I asked them at the dealership to reduce that amount from my purchase payment, and they would not (even though I brought proof of the payment). They gave me a number to call, but no one will help me get my overpayment back. Is this how you treat a long time client? I don't think so. Don't be fooled by their promises to take care of you. All they care about is making every dollar they can off of you by charging you every fee they possibly can. Steer clear! *******************Review from Ellen O

Worst experience, I have a lawyer, helping me right now. Test drove a vehicle that was used that reeked of cigarette smoke the young, chubby sales person tattoos all over promised the smoke would come out mind you he was the general manager son. Two days later, talking to the finance department, I said I wanted to end the deal. It was shady Issues in the finance area as well with my Social Security card, etc. finance manager DJ third in command promised me that the smokes smell would come out when they put leached tablets in the car. I had loaner vehicles for up to six weeks they attempted to bring my car back three times to no avail. They did nothing to it they didnt even clean the inside or detail the scratches or anything in the vehicle, they claim to be the biggest and busiest dealership in the nation entirely egregious Im disgusted. I want to wipe myself clean of them as I loath them do not go to the dealership.Review from Ca G.

We had a horrible experience with this dealership. They are not to be trusted, and do not stand behind their word. We had been working with a sales rep there and had an agreed upon a deal, pricing was communicated via email and we were told to come in and test drive and sign the papers. When we got to the dealership, the sales manager worked with us and printed out the exact contract and deal, and then within minutes after walking back to his office, came out and said unfortunately they could not do the deal since this was the last car they had. This is totally unacceptable! They wasted our time and did not stand behind a firm deal they had proposed in writing. In addition to this, the finance manager at the dealership was an absolute NIGHTMARE and beyond rude and condescending. I discourage anyone from using this dealership. They are extremely unprofessional. We have leased 3 cars from Infiniti in the past from other dealerships in New York and never had an experience this poor.
