    I received this membership when I was booking a mission trip flight a couple of years ago. It gave me a discount at the time. I have never used it again as I have other travel help when needed and also have not been traveling that much lately. My membership was just cancelled due to that fact. The agent ******* was very accommodating.

    Honestly, I didn't use this company very much and the little I did use I didn't find very beneficial. They did have an effective phone service and answered promptly. I was satisfied with the help I received getting a ticket resolved through I company I booked with that was not very reachable. However, I never was able to use a voucher I had with them that they were supposed to refund me and never did. I didn't particularly find their tickets any cheaper then any other we service and actually booked through the airline direct for the same price, so this was why I had decided to cancel my policy with them.

    I was charged $59 USD because I booked with them using free trials. This whole time I was paying $9.99 for their subscription. When I called, they told me that the $59 was non-refundable. This business is a scam and will charge you extra even though I was already subscribed.

    I canceled my eDreams Prime subscription less than 2 days after the trial ended. I never used the service once, yet they still charged me the full yearly fee. I contacted support immediately, explaining I had canceled and hadnt used any benefits. I even told them to remove access entirely because I wouldnt be using it they still refused to refund me.Their cancellation process is intentionally confusing, and they hide behind policy rather than doing the right thing. Its clear theyre banking on people forgetting or struggling to cancel in time.This is a predatory business model. ***** this company at all costs. Plenty of other travel services dont resort to shady subscription traps. eDreams just lost a customer for life.

    I was charged after I had cancelled my prime membership. But, customer service agent '*******' was very kind and helpful. He resolved my issue and granted me a refund. What a pleasant experience.

    This email serves as your FINAL WARNING. I have been more than patient over the past two months, and I have given your company multiple opportunities to resolve this issue. However, I have received nothing but delays and excuses.Let me make this crystal clear: if this issue is not fully resolved immediately, I will take the following actions without hesitation:1.I will publicly expose your fraudulent business practices across all major social media platforms and review sites. I will make sure every potential customer knows exactly how youve mishandled this situation.2.I will file an official complaint with consumer court. I will pursue legal action through the courts and claim damages for my time, inconvenience, and financial losses. I will also hire legal representation and will not hesitate to take this matter to court.I am not interested in further communication or false promises. The remaining $800 is irrelevant at this point. This is about holding your company accountable for deceptive practices and the utter disrespect youve shown me as a customer.I expect a full resolution within 7 days. If you do not resolve this matter by then, I will not hesitate to escalate this to the legal and public level. This is my final chance to resolve this issue amicably.Consider this your last opportunity to avoid serious consequences.Very bad decision to made a ticket

    I was so grateful to find a phone number on their website that I could actually speak to someone and there was no long wait! I had a problem tracking a refund that had gone awry and had wasted many hours trying to solve it with the airline. Once I reached Edreams **************** it was so quickly and easily resolved and they promised a refund right away. Representative Rowaida was polite and very efficient. I am so grateful for this good service!
