    Never book a flight with eDreams!! My flight got cancelled because the government closed the borders due to covid. The glight company warranted me a refund or a flight change but told me that I had to process it with eDreams, who were the travel agency that bought me the flights. After many days trying to contact eDreams by phone with no success, I finally could speak with agent. They told that it was impossible to rebook or refund. **** are just a bunch of thieves. Please, save your money and time and ***** book with the.

    eDreams does not actually guarantee your ticket. They cancelled my booking with zero notice. I made a booking about a week out, they sent me confirmation emails and everything. One day before my flight I noticed that it said "Processing" on the app. Went to customer service to check what that meant- they said that actually the payment had been returned and my booking was cancelled. No notice, no nothing, no email, and in fact they gave me a boarding pass. if I hadn't randomly decided to check in I would have shown up at the airport to no flight. I don't understand how it can be the way their system works that they don't notify you if your booking doesn't process and just send you a (fake?) boarding pass anyway. I also received very poor customer service from the agents who offered no help, not even a coupon, and no sympathy- I was just told to book another flight (one day out!!) without any offer of help or even acknowledgement that their system had put me in a bad situation.Zero stars, terrible experience. I would not recommend using this service, as they do not guarantee your ticket. I now have to go spend hundreds more dollars on another flight on extremely short notice. Absolutely hellish, awful service.

    They dont even deserve one star . I booked my trip , they took my money . I got to the airport and there was no ticket for me . Im old, disabled woman and ended up spending 11 hours at *** to catch a flight I could afford . Its was a disaster and Im furious .

    We bought tickets from ****** to Kathamndu in March 16 2021 (sent booking confirmaiton date by edreams)and it cost me $3018.95. Airlines cancelled our flight , and we asked them to refund. After request, message came as "it may take 3- 6 month for refund" (got message in May 13 2021), but its already been more than a year. I called more than ten times. Every time they said they will get me back within 48 hours, but We did not receive any single call from them. I am still waiting. It took lot of times and hardworking to save that money for us, but I am still waiting for the refund.

    I booked three ticket round-trip from Washington to ***** and at the airport I found only one ticket going and three ticket return when I call you dream they keep say sorry and they didnt help for booking another ticket Or give me other solution At the end I bought three ticket one way cost me $3000 Bad customer service zero help

    I, too, thought I was purchasing tickets through Kayak and, unfortunately, ended up booking through eDreams. The booking was confirmed by the actual airline, but eDreams charged me $100 for choosing seats, which they apparently pocketed because the airline has no seat choice recorded. As others have mentioned, you can't actually get through to anyone to question or complain.

    I initially bought my round trip tickets on the website eDreams, on February 19, 2022, from *** to ORN with the connection BCN. My departure was planned to be in June 1, 2022 with ****** airlines and the return was scheduled at June 30, 2022 With Air France. On April 21st, *********** sent me an email saying that the connection flight from BCN to ORN was cancelled. When I contacted eDreams to ask for a refund due to this cancellation, they refused to give me a full refund due to the cancellation which affected my trip. The only refund they were willing to offer was the cancelled connection flight to ORN, regardless of the impact that the change had on the other flights I have booked through eDreams.
