As a committee member of my community we meet with an OpticalTel representative once a month; to discuss problems and on-going activity, which is working very well. Problems are addressed in a timely manner; yes some problems take longer to repair than others. An OpticalTel representative will also conduct web overview sessions on how to use and program the remote when ever we as a community ask; we usually do this twice a year. This type of support has created a very good working relationship; something we never had with our previous cable company. On a personal note, I have had very few problems with my cable or internet. When I did have to call customer service, someone always answered very quickly (less than a minute 99% of the time); something I NEVER had with our previous cable company.OpticalTel

This is just Bad!!! Bad product, bad service. Had tech at house on Friday to fix issues. Today is Tuesday and I have had to call twice for dropped internet and TV. If it wasn't so sad it would be funny. It's just a constant litany of issue after issue,after issue. If you are considering this company DON'T!!! I called customer service this morning (Tuesday) 7am. I am number 74 in the queue. PRETTY MUCH SAYS IT ALL!!OpticalTel
