These new hearing aids allow me to be a musician again. Now I can hear the music I play clearly, and it makes a huge difference in my life. They allow me to hear better on the iPhone also, with Bluetooth connectivity. I sometimes forget I have them on and the fit couldn't be more natural. What price can you put being able to hear? They aren't cheap, but neither is their quality. If you are considering that you might need hearing aids, their 45-day trial period makes it a breeze! That's plenty of time to see if they are right for you.Hear.com, LLC

I bought my hearing aids from them back in early February and the customer experience has been miserable. Miserable. That's twice for the two months that I have been trying to get my fit issues resolved. I just waiting 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment and no one ever showed up. Apparently I was mistakenly given an opening that does not exist.I previously had hearing aids from a clinic here in *********** and when I had problems, they were resolved within a half day. I have nothing but praise for this company and the team they have put together to serve their customers. They are truly dedicated to help one get the most from their hearing aids. Their follow-up is tremendous. The hearing aids speak for themselves; I have enjoyed wearing them. I did not have to leave my home; instead hear.com delivered a package to my door which contained the hearing aids as well as accessories and everything I would need for the fitting of the hearing aids; it included a tablet from which I was connected to an audiology specialist who then proceeded to take me through the fitting of the hearing aids and training me in their use. Return of the tablet was also very convenient; someone came to my door to pick it up; I did not have to ever leave my home to send it back. Their continued follow-up during the 45-day period of use was excellent. They instructed me in the use of the App for when I was "out and about" in different social situations. Still today I hear from them by e-mail how I am getting along.Hear.com, LLC

I was pleasantly surprised with my risk-free 45 day trial to try these new hearing aids. My original aids were 5 years old so I wanted to experience newer technology. Its amazing that you do not have to go to your Audiologist. Adjustments for your particular hearing problems are done with your interaction with a technical expert online ( utilizing a kit the company sends you for testing). The clarity and ease of use is wonderful. Company follow up is excellent.Hear.com, LLC

Hear.com has such wonderful hearing aids and at a fair price these are not cheap sound amplifiers, these are high tech devices that do not require any tech skills to operate. The entire process from initial conversations to the audiologist appointment via telehealth like computer meeting, to the followups. Is fluid and professional and it can not be any easier than it is from the comfort of your own home. These guys are top notch people and they treat you with respect and they do actually care about the end results of your hearing over simply making a sale. I dont think i would have even had a hearing test had it not been with these guys at hear.com. Give them a try, you will not be dissapointed!!Hear.com, LLC

I ordered these after speaking to someone on the phone but within a day, I changed my mind and let the salesperson know. The following day they shipped them to me anyway. I wasn't home when *** delivedred, so they were left on my porch. I had to pay $43.15 to send them back and I cannot get anyone to call me back regarding reimbursement. There is no customer service once you purchase. Buyer beware.Hear.com, LLC

Hear.coms 45 day trial was very useful. I was not happy with my older hearing aids and was convinced that I was just losing my hearing a little more as time went by. As I was about to go on a trip to *****, I decided to take advantage of the trial offer. By the time I returned I was very satisfied and pleased that the new hearing aids allowed me to hear so much better. The one year interest free payment method made the purchase even more rewarding.
