1 starWORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! DONT PURCHASE A HOME FROM THIS COMPANY1 I purchase a home in *** *****, the GULF model.I purchased this house from looking at the model and pretty much want it to look like the model especially in the kitchen. During my walk through there were so many things wrong. the pool was green with algae, the floors had what appeared to be a glue like substance throughout the entire 3,030SQ of the home, the electrical J Box in living room that i paid extra for did not work and i was told that i needed to pay for an electrician to fix it. The vanities were in the wrong bathroom and the the shower nook was directly under the shower head in the master bathroom, the kitchen cabinets appeared to be old and used. It appear as if they moved it from another home and used it in this home. The upgraded double sink was never installed that paid for and they refused to refund my money stating that the sink was indeed a double sink when it was so obvious that it was not. It was a sink with a small partition not the double sink which i ordered. The Lanai flooded every time it rained, i had water coming up to the sliding doors. the central air always smelled as if sorting was burning. I was told that i had a year warrantee and they would make the necessary repairs because the kitchen cabinet was breaking one after the other after living in this home for 3 months. I was told that i chose level one cabinet which is only expected to last approximately 3 months because people who chose level one cabinets are planning to upgrade them. Oh let me mention that i was not given the key to the sprinkler system box although i requested it several times.I have tried to work with this company but they have mad it impossible. WORSE DECISION EVER TO PURCHASE A HOME FROM THIS BUILDER.Review fromTaylor R

1 starWorst experience of my life building a home with this company!!! NEVER build a home with these clowns. They are a careless group from Miami and it shows... The quality of craftsmanship is subpar and nowhere near other builders. Its problem after problem and excuse after excuse. Land wasn't graded right, cracks in house, drywall seams all showing, uneven baseboards, broken appliances, my complaints can go on and on.. Ive had to fix everything myself and stay on top of them to finish punch list work. still dealing with problems. Additionally, their VP of construction ********* is an incompetent fool and the company doesn't care about its clients.Review fromChelsea O

I am about to close on my new home and I am thrilled with how the experience has been. I was worried, but the attention to detail far exceeds what I was expecting. The home is built well, and the team has been great to work with.

2 starsNew home in Marbella community of Miramar. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied of the finished results of the home. The subcontractors they hired are horrendous, very sloppy and incomplete work. House was delayed for 6 months, me and my family were left stranded for those months without a home and kids without a school. At final inspection the house had a list of issues that weren’t corrected from prior inspection.Review fromR. A.

CCHomes-Silverwood,*** ***** Florida. I have a Doheny model that I had concerns with in 1st and post inspection where superintendents stated it was normal. My guest room bathtub upstairs creaks and cracks .Come to find out I have gathered nearly 10 Doheny owners that have had major roof leaks with only 1 year living in this new home! Long story short,I keep getting run around and no resolution to issues. My friends fiancée who is experienced in bathroom remodeling mentioned that CC failed to place insulation and because they don’t want to break the tile and redo ,they are saying it’s normal.But if a hairline crack was to form,it will seep into roof. Other models have issues as well ,failing appliances and having to calm plumbers and purchase new A/C units all under 2years on a new home!!! During construction they deter you from visiting property or having your own inspection. Looks great on outside but major burden to follow .CC Home Building, LLC
