    The company offers a "money back guarantee" on the membership fee if their service is used for a year without recouping the membership cost through stock investments. I fulfilled all the refund criteria listed on their website. My refund request was initiated in writing via email, and I had multiple communications with their customer service. Upon their request, I provided documentation to prove my eligibility for the guarantee. However, after submitting the required documents, they stopped responding to my inquiries about the refund status. Despite numerous phone calls and emails over several months, I received no reply. I am now seeking formal advocacy to help recover my membership fee. I have attached a copy of our email communications since the start of my refund request. It will show that I have maintained frequent contact over many months and cooperated fully with all requests for documents to support that I met all requirements for their refund guarantee. Their criteria for a refund guarantee are stated as follows:-must maintain your annual *** membership throughout the 1-year term: yes.-must pass all courses currently offered by ***...by doing so, you will become *** Certified: yes, certification attached. -must maintain *** Certification without a lapse of more than four weeks between the time of that Certification and the addition of any one or more new courses that *** offers (provided such courses are identified as required for *** Certification): yes -must log into the *** Platform for at least 50 of the 253 trading days during your one-year membership and complete at least one free small private study group: yes, study group enrollment confirmation was emailed to them -trade earnings during the term of your membership do not cumulatively meet or exceed the cost of your membership: yes, lost $422.72. Bank statement was set to them.

    I was a customer in 2021 and at that time the emails were expected and welcomed. However 1 year later I was no longer a customer and have asked them multilpe times to stop emailing and messaging me.This company has been notified many times to stop soliciting to me. They do not appear to be listening, next on the list, I go to the ***. Can you say spam.

    I was no longer a member of True Trading Group as of 10/2022. They were texting me to get me back as a member. All of a sudden this company charged my credit card $1,157 on 10/2/2023. I was told on 10/19/2023 by **** ***** that I would receive a refund. I have tried to contact **** a few times with no response. We still have not seen the money returned to us. I started speaking with ******* since August trying to resolve this issue. He has since stopped answering my calls and texts. I also sent an email to their generic email address and have not received a response.

    1) True Trading Group has muted me 'DjStonkApe' in the main chat that I paid for. I paid for the main chat and I can no longer use it to ask questions. I was muted because I posted a stock that other people were asking about in chat and a mod *************************************** had the stock up on his screen and talked about it. I am disabled & I am not being treated equally to every other member I cannot use the chat any more :-( I NEED A FULL REFUND 2) The main cofounder of True Trading Group **** said in chat live that they pay moderators over 100K a year. If I would have known that I would have never joined true trading group. I The moderators have free money to loose that is given to them by True Trading Group, and the 2 main moderators CHA and UNI sometimes go the opposite ways on a trade on the same stock. One will go long and the other will short it?

    I paid ****** and the next few days this TTG was selling less for the same subscription for 1 year!I cant get into the site with the correct email and password. The people that are there do not help with what was promised. I have a one on one with ************** and no help that I was promised! This group are crooks!They said you have complete all the courses online but I started them and then it would not give me credit for the exam online and it would not let me go farther until I did the exam!I cant get any help and they online say to clear my cashe and change browser to FOXFIRE! I did and still nothing! Fed up and scammed!

    I never purchased their subscription yet someone hacked me and all my identity stole all my emails. The current email was my main email is no longer even a part of me ****** wont let me have it back. These people have taken $200,000 in my name, and it keeps getting worse and worse and being gangsta and no one can help me, I literally have been complaining about it all year transactions that werent made by me authorized by me first speeded by my bank and then overturned because it so-called entities had more evidence to show me but I have evidence and proof that the criminals devices making it look like its me, but it is not me ******** is definitely a part of this as they sold my data to the dark web since 2018 and every year following ! Ive tried reaching them true trading group that is to resolve this but they will not refund my ****** that was stolen from me! They are a big scam and I demand retribution and I want to seek Waze to expose companies like this so this stops happening to the consumer. Please do not give up fighting what is right is right, and wrong is wrong and these criminals should not be allowed to keep stealing others money, and get away. They are a fraud group seeking your money and definitely dont live up to what an American made company stands for!

I mean a recovery specialist ,is a person or a group of people who are well equipped to work around the crypto network. They have vast knowledge about the whole network and have ****************** and private keys to follow any transaction.
