      Terrible terrible, movement mortgage sold my loan to these losers. i am often 2 days late, no big. the last check was lost in the mail, & i can qwuickly see they want a payment over the phone. NOT DOiNG it.i sent a check priority, before the end of the month! Now they still call harrassing me the payment isnt there and it arrived two days ago... i have proof. they are manipulative.

      My recent experience with Lakeview, after being a client for years, was incredibly frustrating and costly. The process of selling my old home (financed through them) and purchasing a new one using their services was a major mistake.Dealing with ****** ******, ****** ***********, and ***** ******* was marked by broken promises and a complete lack of follow-through. I was constantly left to chase them for updates.The ultimate failure occurred on my closing day. Lakeview's unpreparedness regarding HOA documents, due to the absence of a single reviewer, led to a devastating last-minute postponement from Friday afternoon to the following week. This threw my entire move into chaos, costing me over $1500 in hotel fees and mover *************** add insult to injury, Lakeview only offered to cover half of these expenses. My attempts to escalate this and speak to a manager have been stonewalled by ****** ***********, who repeatedly gives vague updates without providing any real resolution or contact information for someone who can help.The level of incompetence and disregard for customer service I experienced with ********************** is appalling. I strongly urge others to avoid doing business with them to prevent similar stress and financial hardship.

      Worst customer service ever. I call and get told one thing one week and told another thing the next week. Obviously they have no idea how to do their jobs. I had my house refinanced and closed on before I even received a welcome packet from them. So if you are thinking about using them think twice or if your loan is switched over to them find a new company quick

      First time home buyer. Lakeview is horrible Im not sure if all companies are like them but definitely regret buying a house. Every time I call I get told something different. They dont care about their customers. Lost my job of 10 years called them immediately to try and defer just 1 payment. By the ***** of god I was able to get another job right away but it would take time to get first paycheck. They said no worries we have plenty of options. That was a lie. Its been a nightmare ever since. I literally hate these people. Hoping to sell my home in the next year. I want away from this company. I thought buying a home was supposed to be a good thing. Not sure I will ever buy another one if this is what its like.

      We were frclsd on after dancing like their monkey trying to get a loan mod. for months. When we called to follow up, was then told about the frclsr. We begged and pleased for any other options and their reply was "don't know what to tell you". With no history of default in pymnts! Did not provide payoff amnt till the day after the auction. We reached out to some advocates and tried to fight the frclsr. Was denied legal rep in court and was then given 2 weeks to move off of our 4 acre property of 10 yrs scrambling to find homes for our animals. I was frantic packing and tripped over some debris in the driveway smacking my face into the concrete resulting in a horrible concussion and a beautiful black eye that was swollen shut for several days. They hired out to have the locks changed, contractor stepped on and shattered my $1000 iPad. Banks said, "it's not our problem". Was then kicked off the property and only allowed back if we had an appnt with the hired realtors to come babysit us. And WE had to pay $40 an hour to do so. Current day-the last day, we are told that the bank will be here asap to auction off the rest of our personal belongings. We have NEVER been aggrsve yet the realtors talked trash about us on a group chat, not realizing we were included in the chat. During this whole ??show I was so stressed that it cost me my job of almost 6 yrs in our rural area. Now, with no other choice we have to live in our camp trailer with our 12 yr old son. Better than nothing though right? Everyday I try to be a better person than the one I was the day before. But today, I HATE THIS BANK! I hope all of you ?? step on goat heads, with bare feet as your clenching for dear life running to the bathroom at 3am from all the ?? that pours from ur mouth. Fyi, that platter you eat from is only plated with fools gold. Underneath is pewter just like evryne else. Enjoy ur sat nights w/ ur lame friends trading pokemon cards. ITS NOT OUR FAULT you were picked on in school!

      Too bad you can't do a minus!!! ********************** we've ever dealt with. They are forcing us to get flood insurance even though we provided them with documents showing we are not in a flood zone and a letter from our local *********** saying flood insurance is not mandatory!!! We've been dealing with this since February 3rd and every time you call you get another person who has no clue what is going on so you have to explain it, then they put you on hold and disconnect you so you have to call back again. We've been on hold for over a half hour on many occasions and nothing gets resolved. We have disputed it, but they still said we had to get it until the dispute has been resolved and it could take up to 6 weeks. We went to our insurance company and got insurance, put it into their system and today I find out they charged our escrow account $3,561.56. I called and the person said, you don't have flood insurance. I told her to check their system since it was uploaded and I was looking at it. She put me on hold and came back and said, you're right you do have it. Then she proceeds to tell me she has to put a ticket in for the research team to review it and they'll let me know about a refund. What???? I asked to speak to ***** W, a supervisor who we spoke to before, but she said she wasn't available. Every time we call and ask to speak to ***** they say she's not available and then we never hear back? I asked her to please be sure ***** got my message and she said all I can do is put a note in your file for a call back!!! What kind of company is this that you can't ever get in contact with a person who has helped you in the past??? This is totally unacceptable and if this doesn't get rectified immediately, I will be reporting them to the ***************************************

      This is a HORRIBLE mortgage servicer!!! I have been putting in mortgage assistance applications for MONTHS, and everytime I call I talk to someone different! One person will tell me they have all the documents needed talk to someone different they tell you they dont have all the documents. They are no help at all and they give you the run around!

      Received statement from Mr. ***************************** stating escrow/monthly payment will change March ******. I was told because I am one month ahead in my payments it does not apply, I was charged this month February 2025 the higher amount. Their correspondence is a blanket statement and does not actually apply to my circumstance. How dare I believe the statements I receive apply to me. All paperwork states new payment increase will take effect March ****** not February ******. I was told to not pay a payment by customer service so this does not happen again, **** next month. So it is my fault and not the company. This company did not follow what their statements stated. New payment to take effect March ****** but this is February. She actually told me to **** a month of payment. How dare I pay my mortgage like I am supposed to. I dont understand why they refuse to adjust my payment or add the difference to my escrow. The statement I was sent stated new payment increase will start March ****** this is February, how is this legal. Why send the correspondence if this is not true? This is the first mortgage company that has told this to me. I am very disappointed.

      RD Lakeview Loan Servicing DBA as Mr. ******* a sub servicer of mortgage loans has the worst customer service I've ever encountered for a alleged major player in the mortgage industry. After having my mortgage servicing company transferred to Mr. ****** I spent nearly an hour trying to reach a live agent on the phone to ask a simple question that would take less than one minute to answer. I'm still not sure exactly how I managed to get to a company representative. A rabbit hole of circular menu options makes it nearly impossible to speak to anyone. On my next attempt to reach customer service approximately three weeks later I opted to try their "Welcome to live chat support" link. I waited in excess of 20 minutes for a connection before I disengaged. It seems that Lakeview and it's subsidiary companies care little to nothing about customer service and apparently use convoluted, even deceptive methods in order to give an appearance of customer care. Mortgage borrowers often have little to no choice in choosing lenders and/or servicers. It is shameful that this company is allowed to work with public and private lending agencies.

      I am reaching out regarding a frustrating delay and lack of response concerning an escrow refund check I was supposed to receive in 2022 but never did. After receiving a letter from ******** with instructions to request a reissued check, I completed the required form and mailed it certified, which they confirmed was received on August 27, 2024. The letter stated that the reissue process takes 6 to 8 weeks from the receipt of this information, with no expedited service available. While I fully understand this timeline, what has transpired since then has been unacceptable.On September 10, 2024, I emailed Escrow Refund, LC, to verify receipt of my documents and received confirmation two days later that they had indeed received them. They also reiterated that the high volume of requests meant they could not expedite the process, which I appreciated. However, despite numerous follow-up emails from me since then (12 in total), I have received only three responses, the last of which was on September 26, 2024. That response stated, Your check is in processing and will be mailed out soon. Yet as of today, November 12, 2024, I have received no further updates, and my last six follow-up emails have gone unanswered.Additionally, I reached out to my mortgage provider, who contacted the same department on my behalf. However, after several days, they received the same generic response: We are currently experiencing high volume and are working as quickly as possible to reissue the ********* this point, I am deeply concerned with the lack of transparency, communication, and timeliness regarding this refund. I have exercised patience throughout the process, yet the continuous delays and lack of responses are frustrating, particularly given that this issue began in 2022. I hope the BBB can assist in resolving this matter, as I have exhausted all direct avenues of communication without a satisfactory result.Sincerely,
