      There was mold and mildew in the bathroom shower, water leaking from the ceiling in the living room, hallway wall and the kitchen windows. Maintenance had work orders but said the issues had to be contraced to vendor. I was let out of the lease which caused me a hardship and now they have added ****** to my credit report I want a resolution this was there fault for not making an effort to correct the issues.

      I moved into **************** in ****** ***** on Monday September 9th, 2024. Upon paying all required fees and getting the key to the unit I witnessed over 10 roaches both alive and deceased in the unit. The toilet would not properly flush and the unit was not in my option up to optimal living conditions. I had to go spend MY MONEY to get insect repellent. I was not reimbursed. I have reached out to both the leasing consultant and property manager who both claim that the apartment was ***** bombed the Thursday prior to me moving in and that treatments would be done the very next day which did not happen. The toilet was supposedly fixed by maintenance but still remains in my opinion not up to part. I am not used to living with insects and in my opinion this situation should have been handled prior to me moving into the unit. I would like this to be handled because apparently me talking to just them is not moving things along quickly enough.

      On 9/25/23, I spoke with ****** about not renewing the lease, I am being charge for the notice of renewal I given them the letter and sent them a massage on the portal. The apartment has many issues. the stove wasn't working for over 3months, the fridge stop working they were giving me a hard time to provide with my needs since I was paying rent. There was a fire coming from the outlet in the bedroom they never came to fix it. I hire an electrician to fix it. was not able to use the master bathroom shower due to loud noises disturbing the neighbors peace, and also facet couldn't turn on. I am being charge for charges that I didn't destroy. It has been added to my credit score and now I am having a hard time finding a home for me and my kids.

      I moved into Champions Centre Apts at ****************************************************** in 3/2023. With an original lease end of 3/16/24...I gave 60 day notice via email on 2/6/2024, which changed my lease end date til 4/6/24.. I vacated the unit on 3/23/24. I left early because I was miserable three entire time there. The apt was filthy upon move in. They painted over everything, including strands of hair on the tank of the toilet and the top lock couldn't be utilized because maintenance just painted over it. I informed the assistant manager ***************************** of my moving out, she knew I was gone before the lease end.. All of a sudden I'm getting messages of an eviction being filed because of the key not being turned in and signing a key return firm.. This is nowhere in the lease agreement. I was also still being charged a month to month fee after already being gone from the property. They knew I moved out and never said anything about turning in a key til weeks after my lease end.

      Sedona moved me in an apartment RN-143 that was completely unfinished and disgusting. Then once handing me the keys, treated everything as a maintenance request - so much so I had to reach out to the property manager who assisted. They lied about the apartment being upgraded - I wasnt able to even use the shower for weeks. The doors had dead roaches on them. And closet doors were not on sliders and lifted like a Lamborghini, the patron had no door and was covered in dust and dirt. The sink leaded water and a/c. I have emails with property manager about the issue that Sedona said they knew about after handing keys and did nothing to finish the apartment. They allowed me to move into another unit after a month and some change (all expenses on me) so went through the process again. I requested cheapest apartment by ***** and was quoted $1019 and $1180/mo after fees. Move in day was scheduled for 3/30 for apartment 275. ***** told me on March 26th that if I gave $50 money order they would hold 275. In which I handed in immediately. One March 30 ***** moved me into 217, no conversation, no warning and told me she gave 275 away even tho I paid to have it held. She never told me pricing difference or anything. She made it sound like a favor bc she said 217 was nicer but this was prior to her admitting she gave 275 away. I reported to property manager ****** and she was told by ***** that she switched it without telling me bc I needed an apartment by March 30th not realizing that ***** sent me the quote on March 26th saying apt 275 was ready for move in on March 30th. Why would you change it for that reason if 275 was scheduled for 3/30 anyways? ****** thanked me for all of the screen shots and claims to have reached out to her sup. They refuse to honor the agreement of $1180 but have taken money off of April and May rent. However; they still got away with switching my lease agreement without my k edge and tricking me into an apt that $200 more. I would like my quoted

      The property manager claims she spoke with her superior and made it seem that there was nothing more to do, leaving me to believe reducing April and **** rent was my only option. I am choosing to fight this as hard as I can - I do not believe the property managers superior dismissed this the way property manager wants me to believe. I atttached a screen shot of the email. I would like the $1180 we agreed on to be honored. I was tricked into a $1435 apartment with no communication on it. A discount for two months does not neglect the dishonesty and this is a 15 month leases $1435 for next 13 months is still them winning.

      The reason for my complaint is inadequate living conditions. I've made several maintenance requests to the apartment complex regarding the same issue. The plumbing in this unit/building needs to be repaired or replaced by a professional because the toilets work when they want to, and sewage/fecal matter backs up into the bathtub. Almost every time this happens (every other month for the past 5-6 months) it takes almost a day for someone to even acknowledge the requests. The apartment complex instructs the residents to leave messages if the request is an emergency, however there's never an immediate response. This is not ideal living conditions when you have children and only 1 bathroom that doesn't even work. I shouldn't have to go back and forth to the gas station and figure out how to take showers when my rent is never late and have never been late since I moved over here in 2022. I have explained to the apartment complex about the faulty plumbing and have left ****** reviews because this is mentally draining, yet here we are.

      Wrongful eviction They Steal money defamation of character and many many other things this business does not communicate, and has very poor communication skills very low, professional skills doesnt want to communicate every time you try to communicate they want to turn it into a yelling match instead of communicating with you and then when they dont get that they call the police on you when I tried to resolve the problem, they called the police on me and said I was threatening them, and they felt threatened by me because I didnt fight with them and then I didnt tolerate what they was trying to give me they will lie to your face. No one in the office knows whats going on every time you go up there is a new problem or a new person there. I dont know, but dont move here. dont conduct business here they will not conduct correct business with you. Please do not conduct business here.

      ********************* have been the worst apartments iv ever lived at the workers do not care and are very disrespectful, since i have moved here in August *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************** person to speak about the situation and it seems like nobody cares Im highly allergic to ************* has affected my skin causing blisters on my body as well has my pet having asthma. anytime i have people over they dont want to stay hecause how bad it smells from the nicotine smell and its embarrassing to always have it in my home and clothes.We also have had flooding everytime it rains and constantly have to clean the floors and scared for mold to form and this has not been fixed ,I recently had my vehicle broken into and someone tried to steal the car, the apartments could not provide footage due to not having cameras,I did make a police report and the officer told me ********************* keep having alot of break ins with their vehicles so mentioning it to the apartment workers letting them know as a resident i would have appreciated a email regarding the apartments being unsafe just for one of the workers named ***** to Scream at me in person yelling so bad another worker had to send me and my husband to another room to speak due to a worker named ***** being very disrespectful and this is not the first time with this woman named ************* asked and have multiple emails regarding all of the situations and all they say is will let you know soon what can be done and email or call, this is already 4 months since we have been dealing with this and noone ever calls back or emails me and my husband pay close to $2,000 a month to stay here and have been so awful we are miserable living here

      In July of 2023 I applied for an apartment at this complex but ran into an issue with their system excepting my paystub.I then asked the office clerk could I email a copy of the stub for their records and she said yes, after submitting she replied through email that the system could not accept a password protected check stub so I said no problem let's cancel the order and I'll just just get my portion of the fees returned to me. Through several attempts no money was ever returned to me and would like to get a resolution and payment of $150.00, which is the amount they owe me and I could not get anyone to respond accordingly to my request.

      I moved in here July 29 after being rushed by management and once I got in so many things were not done. I pay for trash nobody comes to get my trash, pool is dirty, grill is messed up. There was bugs in my apt and I went 4 days with out water because water heater went out. After moving in I couldnt enjoy my spa because I had to move out while they resurfaced the tubs. They gave me 200 off rent but wasnt a fair compensation for inconvenience when the apt should have been ready.The fumes were so strong I had to stay in hotel. I have been in apt for two months and company tow my vehicle and I have missed work and wants me to pay half when they should be responsible for it. Im requesting they pay for the damages. I have called corporate many times and no response. The apt is champions park apt in ******* **
