    I really am seeking more than a review of this company, which you have listed as Form Genius but also operates as Your Passports as well as E-forms Premium LLC. I was trying to renew my passport and saw the link to renew online. I should have known better, but it simply did not register with me that I can not renew my passport online. I filled out the form and paid a fee of $128.50 for what I thought was a passport renewal. I then realized that passports require updated photographs, so I called the companys phone number and was told that I had just purchased the same application form that I can pick up for free at the post office. I requested an immediate refund and was told that I would have to wait 2-3 days while my request was being reviewed. If not fraudulent, this companys business practice certainly is deceptive. As I state above, I would like to do more than review this company for your website. They should be put out of business and taken to court for their deceptive practices.

    This bs is a scam. I was charged $117 from this **** company and waited 100 days for my birth certificate when I paid for a PREMIUM SERVICE! I should have gotten my **** birth certificate within ***** days ***!! Y'all lucky I don't press charges, this is complete bs, I needed my birth certificate a LONG time ago for my passport.

    Went to renew my passport and they charged me to complete the forms I could have gotten for free on the actual government website. I'm very careful with my information and fell for it. I contacted the company and they admitted the money is just a fee to fill out the forms. I filed a complaint with BBB and my bank to dispute the charges.

    I think I was scammed out of $89. My fault I should have read the fine print. I was trying to renew my passport. They just charged me and sent me the forms I had given them the information by email. I am scared I gave them all my information and they can now use it.

    This is the absolute epitome of poor customer service. I'm sorry I ever thought this company would be able to get me my passport renewed. They don't answer their phone and won't give you an option to leave a message, and certainly don't answer emails. It is now December 6th and I sent them my payment on September 24th. They must be a scam company...

    I'm embarrassed to say that I got scammed. I thought I was ordering from our state's bureau of vital statistics. As soon as I entered my credit card #, I realized my mistake. I can't remember if they asked for my SS#. I have been so careful with my information. This website looked legit.

    Vital records direct is a scam. They take vital information and dont follow through. Now I have to change all account information. Take this site down and arrest these people
