    I purchased a new ** unit from this company on 4/30 and the unit was installed on 5/1.Due to faulty installation, in which the technician left an empty water bottle in my ducts, the ** unit stopped working on 5/18. A technician was sent to assess the problem and failed to diagnose the issue and stated that I would need a new blower fan, which was on backorder. On 5/20, ************************* from the company stated that I would be refunded $150/night for hotels until the replacement part arrived.The replacement part did not arrive until 5/30, and on that date I provided a receipt for 10 nights at the hotel where my family stayed to ******************.For the past month, I have followed up daily with ******************, who stated that a check was sent via **** on 6/11. However, I have not received the check, and the company has failed to provide a path forward to refund me in a timely manner.I'm seeking a $1500 refund for the 10 nights that I spent at a hotel while my ** unit was not functioning, as promised by the company via email.

    My family is beyond upset with All Year Cooling! They sold us a new compressor/handler for $9,600 (which is our fault as we should have not agreed to such a HIGH price). We were told our purchase includes a 10 year warranty for all parts, labor, trip charge, everything! We shall see. The installers came (June 11, 2024) and they were rude. I said hi a few times and got no response back. They did the work and left. It did appear as though things were done nicely. They didn't explain the new thermostat or anything. I was going to write a bad review then, but let it go. A few days later we get a call from All Year Cooling saying they need to come back and replace our breaker. Why didn't they do that when they did the install? We made an appointment and waited around all day and they were a no show. When we called they said they didn't have the part. Ok, then why schedule it? We made a 2nd appointment and someone came and delivered a part and when the tech came he said it was THE WRONG PART and couldn't install it. So, we had to schedule another appointment for tomorrow, July 5. Today, July 4, 2024, both units completely shut down! We are without A/C and we have a 4th of July party here today. The system is BRAND NEW, not even one month old, and it BROKE? Could it be because they never installed the correct breaker? We called and were told since it is a holiday no one is working or on call. They are supposed to come tomorrow morning to fix it. I feel they should do SOMETHING FOR US for all the inconvenience they have caused for 3 weeks and also since we paid top dollar for this. They should make it right somehow. They should pay for us to stay in a hotel. Our house is 82 degrees right now and we live in South Florida. We are older and the heat is very bad for us, esp my husband who suffers from many health issues. I would never recommend this company to anyone! I will be making a formal complain with the BBB.95
