They have had 2 of my vehicles in the service department for over a month now. They want to keep saying staffing shortages or parts on back order. I have been asking for someone from corporate to call me for weeks and I get no call. Horrible business practices and customer service. I will never bring my vehicles back there and I will certainly never purchase another vehicle from them.

I am rejecting this response because:
This was A New Truck Purchase I order it in March 2022. I have A signed contract in black and white and I gave them A DEPOSIT . Has nothing to do with the bank. I have waited 6 months for the truck. I was told they what was offered in March would apply. 72 months no interest and $2000 dollars cash back.  The answer they gave you is B/S.  So what they are telling you and me is that A signed contract does not mean anything.
      Sincerely,

We live in ********** and we were moving our son into his new room as he is attending ******************* for college. I had called around all of ***** and was told that Coral Springs Nissan had brand new Nissan Sentra's in stock. After arrival we were informed they did not have any on the lot (understandable since there is such a shortage of cars) but by the following Friday (1 week) our car that we had paid for would arrive and if they could not have it ready by Saturday it would 100% be ready by Monday and they would even deliver it. Friday comes around and the car is still not at the dealership, Monday, Tuesday same thing. Then we were told the car would not arrive for at least two weeks. The dealership knew it would not be here when promised and lied to make a sale. As stated we live in Ca. so now I have to spend countless hours on the phone and internet to find a car so that my son can get to school without having to continue to pay $40 a day in Uber.

Thank for reaching out we apologize if there was any inconvenience. We unfortunately do not control any ETA of the vehicles . We are at the mercy of the manufacture. Its not uncommon that vehicle ETAs get pushed back on short notice.
We respectfully decline your offer to comp the Uber.

      Thanks for understanding.

On May 22nd, I agreed to lease terms of a new 2022 Nissan Sentra sv premium order#PH80923 with *********************** and Suleiman Sheikha. The terms were $4041 due at signing, $189 monthly for 36 months, and 12k miles yearly. This was written on the dealership order sheet in ***************** own handwriting. I also had to provide a down payment of $500 to secure the future car. On Wednesday June 1st, I was informed I had to sign some more paperwork since my car had a VIN now. Driving through a tropical storm and using gallons of expensive gasoline I had travelled to the dealership today, June 3rd. After waiting a good amount of time, *************** finally approached and told me that the deal had expired! There was no mention of expiration and we had put a deposit on the car! This is fraud, plain and simple. He and his cohorts are trying to strong arm me into a better deal for them. I simply want them to honor the deal that we both agreed upon. Period.

I bought a used Honda Civic 2015 in March 2021 from the fore mentioned dealership. There were no known issues with the vehicle presented to me before I bought it. As I was about to leave the dealership in the vehicle, there were small baby cocokroaches all over the inside. This issue remained an issue even after 2 ***** bombings at the dealership, and when it was returned there were still live roaches all over. I finally complained to somebody there that gave me a rental 2021 vehicle for about two weeks while they made sure the issue was resolved. Now, my cars steering wheel has been locking up while driving and needless to say, it is extremely frightening, especially since I have a young child I normally drive with. The issues are not due to me, as I maintain frequent oil changes and bring my vehicle into my mechanic for it to be checked. I dont feel safe driving it, and i dont think its fair that I be liable to pay any of the costs associated since they sold me a faulty vehicle that would inevitably do this. I am requesting a new vehicle at no cost to me, as this could potentially render me into a car accident and that is absolutely not okay. This is adversely affecting my life, as I am not able to drive to doctor ************ or to work. Thank you.

      Hello,

Please note customer was in June ********-  customer stated on repair order :CUSTOMER STATES AFTER SHE DROVE THROUGH A PUDDLE MULTIPLE LIGHTS CAME
ON TO THE **** AND THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP.

We inspected   the vehicle ( customer was not charged for diagnostics) and all the vehicle needed was a  battery ( no issue found with the steering wheel)  customer replaced battery no other issues found during the diagnostics )

Vehicle sold at the time was inspected as we do all our vehicles. Extended warranty   along with other products as an option for purchase when a customer enter finance and finalizes the deal looks like customer did decline.

The customer has not mentioned any issues regarding steering wheel  or came in any other complaints since the purchase of the vehicle last year.

      Thanks,

On 07/11/18 I went to Buick at Coral Springs Auto Mall; I lease the vehicle (Buick Encore 2018) for 39 months. They charged me all the fees and taxes required for the deal. Six months ago, in October 10, 2021, I went back to purchase my lease, and they charged me $992.00 FOR A PRE-DELIVERY CHARGE.... But I already had my car, it was not even checked/inspected, they did not even look at my car. I asked about the charged and I was told that it was a dealer fee that I had to pay for it. Afterward, after a lot of illegal dealers fees were reported, I checked my previous lease contract from 2018 for the buyout option, in the option line to purchase the vehicle where they had to enter an amount for fees it was showing as "N/A" for the option to purchase the lease amount. According to the lease contract, they should have respected what we had signed previously and not charged illegal fees not listed in the contract.Thank You.

Our General Sales Manager has personally spoken to the customer directly and reiterated that ********************** acted legally. The customer continued to accuse the dealership of theft and threatened a law suit. Customer states they will seek legal action. We reminded the customer numerous times that we handled their lease purchase like any other customer, all while maintaining complete legality. Dealerships are allowed the charge a dealer fee and its stated in the contract. No further interaction with the customer is necessary as the customer would like to hire counsel. Thank you.

I purchase a new car while on vacation from Coral Springs Auto Mall in Coral Springs, ** on January 24, 2022. I was charged $1495.00 (pretax) for "The Coral Springs Advantage" which consists of a one oil change, lifetime car washes, lifetime shuttle services, and lifetime Multi-point inspections at their dealership in *******. My issue is that I live in ******* and the sales people and finance manager knew I lived out of state. I have no use for those services and should not have been charged. Furthermore, this charge was not disclosed to me before signing the contract. On February 14 2022, I requested to cancel the extended warranty purchased with the car. The contract states to notify the dealership with in 30 days to cancel. On February 28, 2022 I requested again to have the warranty canceled. Vadim, the finance manger texted me and said it had been canceled. However I have received no paperwork, no refund or credit to my account to date.Today (4/19/22) I contacted ************************** directly to request that the warranty be cancelled. I was told they are still waiting on paperwork from the dealer. I want the $1495.00 (Coral Springs Advantage) refunded as well as the $2473.00 for the extended warranty.
