      Unacceptable ******************** at Coral Springs Buick GMC I recently had a terrible experience at Coral Springs Buick GMC while bringing in my GMC Yukon (****** miles) for motor mount replacement. What should have been a routine repair turned into a nightmare due to incompetence, dishonesty, and complete lack of accountability.When I raised my concerns, Service Manager ***** ********* rudely dismissed me, implying that the steering issue was unrelated and demanding that I pay for a new service. I firmly disagreed, as it was clear these problems resulted from negligence during the initial repair. Instead of taking accountability, he told me I was no longer welcome at the dealership and that I should take my car elsewhere.After further discussion with **** (service advisor) and *****, they finally admitted that the knocking sound was caused by a misaligned steering shaftdirectly resulting from their work on the motor mounts.Unfortunately, the nightmare did not end there. Less than 500 miles later, a new, much louder noise started coming from the front passenger wheel. When I attempted to bring it back, Coral Springs GMC refused to work on it, despite the fact that this issue was clearly linked to their previous repair.A third-party inspection later revealed the truth: while reassembling my front axles (which were removed during the motor mount replacement), the technician failed to fully secure the front passenger axle, leaving it loose and unsafe.This level of negligence is unacceptable and dangerous. Instead of taking responsibility, Coral Springs Buick GMC attempted to cover up their mistakes, provided false explanations, and refused to stand behind their work.I strongly warn all potential customers to avoid this dealership at all costs. Their lack of integrity, dishonesty, and refusal to take accountability make them completely untrustworthy. I urge others to take their business elsewhere.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to address the concerns you raised. We addressed the issue with the steering shaft, which was making a clicking sound at the time of pickup and made the necessary adjustments. However, you declined to pay the deductible for the work completed, despite being given the option to settle the payment. After choosing not to pay, the service manager made it clear that we could not perform any future repairs on your vehicle. This decision was made in line with our policies, as we cannot proceed with additional work when payment for previous services has not been made. Additionally, at no point did we work on your front axle; this issue may have been related to another shop.

      Horrible experience. The supervisor actually yelled at me because I was upset that Nissan did not want to fix the issues with my car even though it was still brand new with only 5000 miles in the first year. I will never go back to Nissan again. I ended up buying a new car only because I felt unsafe driving with the one I had.

      We went to the dealership this afternoon. They did not honor the agreement or even attempt to work out a deal. We came prepared to buy in full cash but was disappointed in the end with poor customer service and to be told in the end that they only price match for new cars. I purchased my buick 7 years ago at this dealership and my experience then and today are very opposite. ****** was very dismissive, he did not even try to sell the vehicle as though he assumed that we can not afford the vehicle or just the simple fact that we mentioned about the price match. After ****** spoke with his manager, they both stepped out the office. The manager stood at the door just watching as ****** walked over to us to tell me that not all used telluride are the same despite the same model and year. He further explained that they are not the same because of different owners and color. This makes no sense. If you don't want to sell it to me just say so, don't talk to me as if I'm dumb. The back of forth with this representative was exhausting. Meanwhile the manager just stood at the door the entire time. Please for future clients do not lie to them promising to match or beat a deal offered by another dealership because that is a lie!!!!I will count this a blessing because I would hate to spend my hard earn money at a dealership that treats it's customers like this. VERY DISTASTEFUL. Thanks for saving me my money ****** by doing such a horrible job!!!!

      Took my car in for service and left with it in worst condition and issues than I came in with. I would not recommend these criminals to anyone!!!

      they are scam artistat its finest!!! they dont give you sticker price on window .Sales *************************** showed me Rogue leftovers 2023 New , had sticker price of $27.332 ! but when ****** finance manager added and changed sticker price to $34,750 thats $7418 stolen from my wallet .. When called sales ****** he did not want to hear it ..after putting my dad in hospice in **.. I told him that. then I dealt with ****** said that a manager by the name of ***** will call me to help !! thats been over a month , still no help!!! this dealer is all crooks and dishonest people and dont care of people !!! they are less then zero !!! go else where but there its sad this dealer does this practice not just to me its happen to others , state attorney needs to hear of this !!!!

      This business promises a vehicle will be on site, (sent me a copy of the window sticker) to entice you to visit. No such vehicle exists on their lot. They will try to sell you another vehicle, or say they can get the vehicle you desire from a sister dealership within a few hours. Don't purchase a piece of paper and a promise from these guys.

      Hi ******, we appreciate your feedback. We have tons of inventory. However not all is on our site we do keep some at sister store as well as a storage facility. This is an extremely common practice with high-volume dealer.  We did offer to deliver the vehicle to you as well. Which is also quite common as we ship & deliver vehicles across ***************** nationwide.  Apologies for any miscommunication that happened and thank you for an opportunity to earn your business.

      This dealership sold me a vehicle knowing it was infested with German cockroaches. When I contacted the manager of the preowned car dealership asking that they pay for an exterminator, I was met with resistance. I was continually told in a methodical tone for me to bring the vehicle in to have his detailer look at the car. When I insisted that a certified exterminator is qualified to rid the vehicle of the pests and not a car detailer he continued to say to bring in the car. When I got loud about this disregard for my issue, he hung up the phone. I called back to speak with his manager. I was met with his voicemail and left a message to return my call of which didnt happen.

      This is the most disgusting and unethical place I have had to deal with....from the purchase of a vehicle to them NOT wanting to give my warranty refund from an accident!!! I visited them FOUR TIMES to resolve the issue and I'm still waiting! They ARE LIARS and they give people the run-around unless you decide to get ugly with them!!!I WOULD NOT ENCOURAGE EVEN MY ENEMY TO ACCEPT A FREE VEHICLE FROM THEM.Is this the culture that its GM ********************************* promotes???

      Coral Springs Auto Mall as a warning to others considering buying a car from them. My encounter with this dealership was nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly discourage anyone from making a purchase there.First and foremost, the customer service at ********************** was shockingly poor. The sales representatives were unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy. They seemed disinterested in assisting me and provided minimal assistance throughout the entire process. It was clear that their primary focus was closing a deal rather than ensuring customer satisfaction.Furthermore, the quality of the vehicles offered by Coral Springs Auto Mall was extremely disappointing. Even after attempting to negotiate a fair deal, the sales team was unyielding and showed no willingness to work with me. It was clear they were more interested in maximizing their profits than providing fair and competitive pricing to their customers..In conclusion, I strongly advise against buying a car from Coral Springs Auto Mall. Their abysmal customer service, poor vehicle quality, exorbitant pricing, and disorganized processes make them an unreliable and untrustworthy dealership. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and potential financial loss by seeking out a more reputable dealership that values its customers and offers a better car-buying experience.

      This ********** after one year, offered to take my car in and receive less money. I received an email that my payments would be reduced by $200 per month. It was all a bait and switch to get me to come to the **********. the individual I spoke to was named *****************************, and she refused to return my calls or my emails. Buyer beware, take your business to a different Kia ********** as these people do not have good business practice.
