      Transaction was made on august 18,2023 I paid ***** for this item The business promised to provide me a Blu-ray original copy of a seriess called dragon ball z witch had all movies in one bundle The nature of the dispute is I havent heard anything since the day I purchased the product, I cant even managed to contact them and when I try to type in the product number it says it cant find it This feels like a problem that cant be resolved i understand that they cant do anything in the weekend but it is now Monday and if they are a business my product should have Been priority since I purchased this product last week!Order number is 20-1042352181 I found this product on ****

      Thank you for email. You purchased this item on Friday, August 18th. We do not work on the weekend so no emails nor orders get sent out while we are not in the office. I have looked into your order, and see you did not purchase this from Rarewaves-*** but rather Rarewaves, which is a completely separate company located in ******.

      Purchased, "Letters of a ****** * *********** and Selected Writings" from Amazon.ca. Upon contact with the seller, Rarewaves-CA, about changing my shipping address I was told that it is not possible and I would have to collect the order and make a return upon its delivery, and further more repurchase with a new address to make the address change possible. I find this rediculous as my previous address is 6 hours away from my current making it impossible retrieve my order. I request a full refund.

      If the item cannot be delivered it will be returned back to ** and refund can be provided at that time.

      The order was placed and shipped to the address it was placed with by the customer. Once an order is processed in the warehouse it cannot be changed or cancelled that is why it is important to always check that information is correct in the steps leading to clicking "process Order" on the site.

      I am rejecting this response because: I made the refund request 1-3 days after the purchase, where I was not notifed of shipping until a week after later. The estimated time of delivery was the end of August of this order and the order was made end of July. If it takes a month for my product to arrive I would assume you have ample time to make adjustments to the shipping address? As such I find it unreasonale to request me to return a product I don't have as it was shippied to the other side of the provience. Again I request a full refund.

      I ordered a CD box set of ***************************** on June 23rd. After not hearing any update on shipping, I contacted Rarewave. The response was it will be 10 days before shipping. I submitted a cancellation request and they denied it. The next day, I received information on alleged shipping of said item all of a sudden. Five days later, the package supposedly delivered but it actually never delivered. After that, the Rarewave completely stopped responding and on **** I am unable to make a further complaint for item did not arrive because it doesn't provide the option and **** has not responded either. Total order was $22.58.

      Hello,

       

      when placing an order via **** customers are provided an estimated ship by and delivery window.

      The order was shipped less than 5 days from order placement.

      When the customers wrote to cancel the order on June 29  the order was too far along in processing to cancel. Tracking indicating shipping on 6/28/2023 was also loaded as well to let the customer know the order shipped.

      The tracking provided also shows the order was delivered to his address on 

      Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 2:08 pm on July 3, 2023 in ******, ** 77301.

      I ordered two products through this company as a third part vendor (one on ******* & one on ***** in both transactions I didn't get what I payed for. With the ******* issue, it was delivered to a different city and **** hasn't been able to locate it. As for ***** my music purchase came as a CD when I purchased a vinyl. I have documentation for both issues including an email chain from RareWaves USA.

      I ordered a vinyl record from this company on Jun 2, 2022, Order #***-6230964-02458476/06/2022, for $40.09, and this item was never received.I understand it happens, but they continuously would tell me to keep waiting and eventually said they would send me another record but still nothing. I ordered this with my Amazon gift card, which I did after waiting and waiting and complaining about this company. Amazon would keep saying, "Because a third party sold this we cannot help you and we suggest that you contact the company". I wasted my time and money as they treated me horribly, both rarewaves and Amazon as they should have either refunded me after 30 days or so what they said (see below) and send me another record just for the overall inconviniece.
