  The popcorn removal and wall texture went just great. The following day, when it was time to paint, they sent only one guy. He arrived at 10:00 am and had to go to ********** to buy the paint. He started to paint two sizable rooms, ceilings, walls and five doors at 11:30 am.The job was in south Dade County and he was from **********, so he rushed to finish in one day. He worked until after 9:00 pm and finished.The next day, the paint started peeling off the doors. I called the office and sent them pictures. They said they would send someone to do the corrections before the week was over. No one came.The next week I called the office again and that is when the run around began. They didn't have anyone available, no one was working in the Miami area. They couldnt give me a date. Finally they (********) gave me a tentative day but had to confirm with the painter.In the meantime they had cashed my checks and were paid in full.When I called back to find out if the day was set, I was placed on hold for thirty minutes, then hung up on. When I called back, ********, the person in charge of scheduling refused the call. The man who answered said that she would call me before the end of the day. The call never came.I had to hire a professional painter, who had to strip all the peeling paint, properly prep the doors with primer and repaint, which was much more work than it would have taken, had it been done correctly.What I see from other reviewers is that this company has an average to low rating. Some people are very satisfied and some are giving the lowest rating (1).From what I am reading and from my own experience, the conclusion is that their popcorn removal and texturing crews are very good. Their painting, on the other hand, is erratic, of inconsistent quality and can get sloppy.Worst of all is their administrative and scheduling department which cares nothing about the quality of their work or customer satisfaction once they are paid in full.
