    They scammed me out of my money then when I told them I dont want to do buniess and left a review they posted my address and number on the reviews exposing my personal information

    I contacted All Day Auto Transport to move a boat and trailer across ******* (west to east coast). Three drivers were dispatched on Oct 13 (company provided driver with wrong destination), Oct 15 (driver says that company cancelled dispatch), Oct 16 (driver texted that he cannot do the move), none of them showed up. In the morning of Oct 17 as there was still no confirmed driver and the boat needs to move, I contacted agent Saen that I have no choice but to move the boat myself. I requested Saen for refund on Oct 17, and again on Oct 18, and contacted company on Oct 22, Oct 23, Oct 24, On Oct 25 Saen texted we have processed a refund of $400 to your account. The remaining payment has been settled to cover the costs associated with booking the slots with the driver, insurance, and other necessary documentation.I have done my best to address your concerns, and the entire situation was discussed in detail with the higher authorities. Based on those discussions, this is the best resolution we can provide. On Oct 25, ***** ****** emailed that he has requested compliance to refund it. To this day, I have not received any refund. I do not see justification for the company to keep any fee they have charged me. I received no benefit. On the contrary, on each of the move days I traveled, or attempted to reach the place of origin to prepare for the move, coordinated with drivers on arrival time, and when each told me that they were not coming, trying to persuade them to come. In the end, I have lost time, incurred expenses, and endured considerable emotional distress. It does not appear that All Day Auto Transport takes into account its obligation. My experience with this move is far outside the expected professional conducts and custom care. I also note that when agent requested me to sign contract on phone, the company never provided me with a copy of the contract.

    Dear Sirs: thanks for your notification. The customer contracted our services as ********************** Brokers to transport his boat. We found and dispatched a carrier for the transport but after dispatch the customer cancelled his order. In oder for us to proceed with a booking the customer, as a condition, must agree to our Terms and Conditions whose Paragraph 2 reads as follows: "Orders can be cancelled before Dispatch without penalty. Order cancellations before dispatch only must be submitted in writing via email sent to
    *****************************************************************. I agree that if I authorize charge to my credit card and my vehicle is dispatched to a carrier, and subsequently cancel my order after dispatch, or if the carrier is unable to perform the service due to inaccurate
    information provided by the customer, my loading fee, as charged, is non refundable. The only exception is if the carrier cancels our dispatch and, in that case, our loading fee is 100%refundable to your credit card. I hereby agree that if I
    initiate a chargeback after Car Delivery USA **** has selected, assigned and dispatched a carrier to transport my vehicle, this will constitute a breach of this Agreement and I also agree and understand that by selecting, assigning and
    dispatching a carrier to transport my vehicle Car Delivery USA **** has completely and fully rendered their services to me."  The customer cancelled his order after dispatch and accordingly the provisions of Paragraph 2 fully applies. Many thanks.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    All Day Auto Transport "dispatched" drivers on Oct 13, Oct  15, Oct 16.  None of the drivers even made an attempt to travel to origin to pick up of the boat.  All Day Auto Transport provided incorrect destination, resulted in no show on Oct 13.  Dispatch on Oct 15 was removed by All Day Auto Transport.  On Oct 16 the driver cannot transport and cancelled the pick up.  All Day Auto Transport has not fulfilled its obligation to provide a valid dispatch.  

    On Oct 17, while there is still no valid dispatch, I informed **** **** that I cannot continue with this arrangement.  On Oct 21 5:51 am, I emailed ********************************* about cancellation and requested refund of $1000.  

    Also want to re-iterate that All Day Auto Transport has not provided me with a copy of the contract.  I was asked to sign "contract" on an online app but no copy was provided to me.

    18JUN2024, I payed a holding fee to get my car delivered from ********** to *******, immediately after paying the holding fee I was told I needed to pay the rest 1250$ through zelle. I disagreed with that and told them I needed to cancle and get a refund. I was told they cannot refund me I need to call the boss for that, I've been trying to contact the "boss" for over 10 days calling at all hours of the day with the number they gave me he will answer hear what I have to say and hang up immediately. I was told I canceled in time and am eligible for a refund but they are refusing to give me that refund.

    The customer contracted our services to find and assign a carrier to transport his vehicle from CA to **. We found a carrier and we advised the customer who authorized the ********************** and us to charge his credit card in the amount of ****** for our fees. The customer advised he would pay the *** price through Zelle, upon delivery of his vehicle. When the carrier arrived at the pick up site the driver found out that the vehicle was a total and accordingly it couldn't be loaded onto the carrier and nothing was charged to the customer. Regarding our fee the Terms and Conditions agreed to by the customer at booking includes the following clause: "I agree that if I authorize a charge to my credit card and my vehicle is dispatched to a carrier, and subsequently cancel my order after dispatch, or if the carrier is unable to perform the service due to inaccurate information provided by the customer, my loading fee, as charged, is non refundable. The only exception is if the carrier cancels our dispatch and, in that case, our loading fee is 100%refundable to your credit card." In this case the customer didn't disclose that the vehicle was a total that couldn't be loaded onto a carrier and this clause fully applies. Many thanks for your kind attention.

    I am rejecting this response because: the car is not totaled At all it is in perfect condition, the adress we gave was the wrong adress so it would be impossible for the drive to find the car and see that it was totaled and we canceled long befor a driver was sent out. immediately after paying we canceled we have it in writing that 6mins after we payed we choose to cancle. No driver was dispatched. We are owed a refund.

    Advance Broker fee charged without my consent for Car hauling but my plans changed and services are no longer needed. They had sent out a contract to charge $0.01 but charged $505 without any disclosure or my knowledge. Amount charged should have been for car hauling service on May 30th, that is still a month away and they still charged this amount ahead of schedule without informing **** have tried to cancel it by reaching out to them multiple times that I no longer require their services but not getting a refund processed from them. Note: No BOL issued for this either. Need your help with getting my money back please.

They do absolutely no shipping of any kind. They are just a middleman that takes customers info and post it to actual shipping companies. Their site is mis-representing their service. If they are a broker and not a transport company they should not tell customers they are a transport company because they are not.Additionally, when they did find a driver for me. The driver showed up and said I had to pay him $4k directly or else he wouldn't take the vehicle. I called these guys back they said they would find a new driver which they couldn't do. They said they would provide a refund for my deposit. When I didn't get a refund I called back and they said they wouldn't refund my deposit because they already had a driver come out.

    I went to ******* to pick up a car I need it shipped and delivered to my house in 2 days because it's an electric car and the battery was dying. When I told ****** my situation he said that was possible and charged my card and said car would be picked up Sunday and delivered Tuesday. The car wasn't picked up until Monday night and car didn't arrive till Friday. It cause my car electric damage now ****** is saying he never gave me a timeline.

    I called this company to ship my car to ***** *************************** was my agent. He told me it would be 450 to ship my car to ***** and i would pay 200 deposit and 250 in cash at drop off. This dude answered the phone every time i called until i paid the deposit. My car was supposed to be picked up 11/23/2023 at 4pm. I didnt receive a call from anyone about anything. So i called the number of the tow company that was supposed to pick my car up No answer at all. *************** didnt answer at all either. At that point i figured i got scammed. But i kept calling the tow company. The dispatcher for the tow called me later that night and said the truck broke down so we wont be able to pick up today but we can pick up tomorrow maybe. Today 11/24/23 no one has called me ****** has not replied or try to call me. I called the main company phone they gave me the run around. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ITS A SCAM! i already know they are going to try keep my deposit. My calls are recorded so i will hand that over to the fraud department. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!

We assigned it to a carrier that broke down and subsequently we assigned it to a second carrier that picked it  up and delivered it as per the customer's instructions.     I purchased a transport for my boat and this company took my money and then charged my another ***** in fees saying my trailer needed work after inspecting it and pulling off and I didn't argue I paid then shortly after called and required I send another $**** for 4 tires on a trailer that tires are $161 pert tire for four tires and when I stayed I don't have another **************************************************************** ******** *******. I reached out to ********************* at ************** and he would no longer answer his phone and he's the company that hired this transport. He is now refusing to reimburse me my $1000 spent and accepting responsibility for the actions of his company.

    This transaction was 05/26/23. I paid ******. Dispatcher stated it would be 200. We agreed to **** delivery and changed price to ****. Company was supposed to provide me service and goods but the driver showed up in a timely fashion. I want my deposit fee back for false advertising and false price. Also the service I paid for was never provided.

    Dear Sirs: Thanks for your communication. When the driver we had dispatched for this customer was on its way to the pick up site it experienced a slight delay due to traffic. The driver called the customer who stated he couldn't wait and cancelled the pick up.     The company end up charge me $1,299 instead of $1,119 as quoted which i put down $365 for deposit to ship my 2008 **** F-350 from ********, ** to *********, **. ******* was the rep. I did address him about the different but he blaimed for some reason he thought it was an F-250. I showed him all the evidence that show it is a F-350 and the quoted price was $1,119 total. Then he blame that it is $1,199 not $1,119. It was wrong typing???I didnot want to argue with the driver when he come and ask for more because i know he had a long trip and he dont know anything about our contract and agreement. Please be aware of everything they tell you. A lot of them out there will bait and switch to get your pocket.

The customer booked his order and we assigned a carrier based on an F-250 truck. When the carrier arrived at the pick up site it found out that the truck was an F-350 truck which increased the *** price as the tariff for an F-350 truck is higher. At delivery the driver explained the difference between the *** price for an F-250 truck and an F-350 truck.
