Horrible, do not use.They gave me a quote for transporting a wood chipper from ** to CA. Gave them my credit card for booking and waited for pick-up date, explaining I would have a $4000 penalty if not picked up within 10 days. 7 days later, the agent stopped taking my calls. Called the main office who promised theyd get right back to mesilence. Im screwed now. Im trying to find another shipper ASAP, and have to pay extra now for rush service. Im furious!

Dear Sirs: Thanks for your notification. The customer booked with us during the Holidays period which it has been traditionally a period of low offers from the carriers. We posted his equipment on our loading board but no carriers responded. We regret any inconvenience to the customer and also we want to advise that nothing was charged to her credit card. The dispatch ***, took $225 deposit and everyday kept giving me an excuse to why my truck was never picked up. They dont reply or respond to phone calls after you ask for refund. they send you a BBB rating of 5 star but if I could Id give 0.All Day Auto Transport

Dear Sirs: Thanks for your notification. The customer, ***** ****, contracted our services to find, assign and dispatch a carrier to transport his vehicle. We dispatched a carrier and the pick up date as advised by the driver was Sep. 17th. Subsequently the driver advised the customer that because mechanical problems he couldn't meet that pick up and suggested instead Sep. 20th which the customer agreed to. On Sep. 20th when the driver was on its way and called the customer to confirm the pick up he didn't answer and this forced the driver to cancel the pick up. We regret any inconvenience but the customer, as explained, caused the cancelation of the pick up. Many thanks.Review fromBill E

We had our van shipped from ************** to ****** with zero problems. **************** was excellent, if I had a question I called and never had to leave a voicemail and if I communicated via text I was promptly answered within minutes, great communication with All Day Auto Transport. 5 starsUsed ***** with All Day Auto Transport and he and his team were amazing! Very rarely do I leave feedback for any services or products. But, in this case, the service and professionalism that ***** and his team provided, is well-worth the time and should be shared with those who are seeking this type of shipping. I spoke to several, "shippers" who claimed they could do what I was asking for, which was fairly specific. I needed pickup of my *** and Ducati in ***** done on a certain day/time, and delivered on a specific day to our new address in ******. Out of the 8 or 9 other people I spoke to, none asked the right questions or even understood what I needed. They were just interested in filling a truck with current booked shippers and filling their pockets at the same time. ***** asked the right questions, responded in real time and actually cared about who would be shipping my vehicles and matching me with the right person for the job. From there, everything went according to plan. WIth the headache of moving our entire household, this was the one thing I was confident I didn't need to worry about. ***** delivered exactly as promised and priced. 5 starsI recently used All Day Auto Transport to move my 2019 Honda Civic from RI to TX, and it was excellent! They accommodated a change in pickup date, and the driver was early both times, which was great. We had to adjust the pickup location due to the 18-wheeler size. Delivery took 6 days, and I received timely updates. Overall, All Day Auto Transport provided a fantastic service, and I'd use them again.
