Order was placed on June 8th. They required me to contact my FFL to send them the certificate which I did. it is now July 16th. They have ignored my requests to cancel the order and now have created a fake label that's not moving and is shipping ammunition to my home address instead of my FFL which is illegal I the state of **. I sent them an email regarding this with no reply.Business response

On 6/3 I placed an order with this company. Upon on opening the box that the manufacturer used for the product I found the item to be defective. I have sent several emails and several complaints on their web site returns page. I havent received a response back from them. I dont want a refund. I want another product thats not defective.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I never received an email requesting a photo. Matter of fact I have not received any responses back whatsoever from the several attempts to contact Tactical Surplus USA. Send me a call tag for carrier pickup and Ill send it back to you. The bottle of hardener was empty upon opening the box.

On April 25, 2024 I ordered items from Tactical Surplus USA and received a confirmation email. My credit card was also charged on the same day. On June 4, 2024 their website shows: "Order Status: Processed". It has been approximately five weeks and the items have not been shipped out, nor have I received any other email correspondence.Business response

Hey ***, I sincerely apologize for the delays here. We had reached back out to you right after your email to us.
Somehow this order got backordered, which rarely happens here, and did not show any errors or problems for us to fix on the order. We are a small, family-run business, and we always do our best to make sure all orders are fulfilled quickly and correctly, so this is something we definitely do not want happening.
I do believe we are getting a few more of these here within the next few weeks or so.
Would you like me to keep the order in, and ship it when it arrives? Or would you prefer a refund?

I have purchased an item from them. order number ******. The item is defective and under there terms and conditions they will refund the product and provide shipping. I emailed them regarding this issue and they failed to email me back....I then emailed them from another email address asking a generic question they immediately responded and I emailed them back and they haven't answered since.Business response

Ordered 3 items on 4/29. No order confirmation was given nor shipment tracking. Despite this, 2 items arrived on 5/3. Reached out to company on 5/3 to determine status of 3rd item. There is always an email confirmation and shipping notification sent out, which makes me thing the emails are either going to spam or are bouncing.

I ordered a barrel on 4/23/24. The website allowed me to put it in my cart and check out. Currently the website says that my order is still being processed. Today is 5/3/24. Ten business days have passed and my order hasnt updated. I have tried to contact them at least three times with no response. I have asked for a refund with no response. Ordered an 11 pack of PMAGS (Order #******) and never heard anything else, tried emailing 3 times to see what was going on but never once got an email back. Had my issuer do a chargeback, this place is most certainly a scam business. Buyer beware.Business response
