      I placed an order on 9/14/24. ************************** website specifically says 1-2 day processing and fast shipping. It has been 11 days I have emailed, called, submitted customer service form, left a comment on their ******** page, and recieved no response. I check my spam folder every time I check my email. I need an update on my order. I have paid $ ****** USD to **************************. The information in my order conformation email of what to expect does not match what I'm experiencing. Is my order shipped or not?

      Ordered reloading supplies on August 31st and received an order confirmation email the same day. Payment left my bank account on September 3rd. I sent a customer service email on September 6th. As of September 11th I have not been given any shipping information and have not heard from the company at all. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. Right now, without any effort on their part to fulfill my order, I will not order from them again and will not recommend them to anyone. All I want is the product I have already paid for!!

      I am rejecting this response because: while the ordered items HAVE been delivered, they did not send any responses to my email address.  I know they had the correct address because I received the initial order confirmation email, but never received any responses to my inquiries about my order after that.

      I am very disappointed in the customer service communication for this order.  I was very satisfied with the product I ordered and the price, but the shipping and customer service communication was not good at all.

      I DO wish to close this complaint out, but wanted this information sent to the company... thank you!

      On 8/23 I placed a large order on the site, 19 items to be exact. Order #******. They shipped 3 items out on the 24th. Since then nothing. My messages on the site and email have gone unanswered and there is no sign of my other items being delivered. All Im looking for is a response or my money back. Poor communication and service.

Only empty promises that my items would ship but no tracking information has been provided to back up any statement. Its been 3 weeks since I received 3 items of a very large order.       I made an order for an item on Wed Aug 14 for a handguard. I checked my credit card statement and I was billed the full amount including shipping. It has nearly been a week since my order confirmation email with no further communication regarding shipping, even after reaching out through email and Reddit chat. I am quite disappointed in the processing time and lack of communication. The primary reason for ordering through TS USA is because of the claimed 1 business day processing to shipment. I plan on initiating a credit card chargeback by EOD today should I not be hearing back, as I find this unacceptable and I am on a time crunch.

      This is for Ammo City Supply which is the same company as Tactical Surplus USA. Purchased some reloading components on July 28th, received order confirmation and card was charged $85.33. Never received a shipping notice, nor have I had any replies from the 1 email and 2 contact forms I submitted on the website. I am a little worried I was scammed but seeing as how they have better than average reviews I don't think that's the case. I would like to see some movement or a tracking number or something to get this order on its way to me.

      Items were ordered on 7/20/24. The business states a 1-2 day processing time on the website. On 7/26/24 they finally responded saying the order will ship on 7/27/24. Since then there's been no movement. No tracking. Nothing. I've started emailing them everyday asking to cancel and issue a refund. They don't respond, nor will they answer the phone. All I want is my money back.

Emails have all gone unanswered, as does the phone call - and the inbox is full.Previous orders have shipped from ***** so I understand if they are still dealing with the hurricane. But the company headquarters is (supposedly) in *************. I don't understand why they can't respond to emails

      Order was placed on June 8th. They required me to contact my FFL to send them the certificate which I did. it is now July 16th. They have ignored my requests to cancel the order and now have created a fake label that's not moving and is shipping ammunition to my home address instead of my FFL which is illegal I the state of **. I sent them an email regarding this with no reply.
