SCAMMER ALERT ?? I sign up for a trial online, I went ONE time to check out the Gym, I personally didnt like the Gym because its over populated. I walked in to cancel and get a refund because they charged me $52. For a $1 TRIAL. And they said I signed an agreement for 3 months and I couldnt cancel my membership until 3 months after which is False advertisement because it was a trial. They want to charge for 3 months to obtain a membership and take people money. The Git I spoke to said they didnt have a corporate number to give out. Didnt let me speak to a manager. And didnt allow me to cancel. I had to cancel my card so they dont keep charging me. They are stealing from people with their false advertisement. The manager ******* told me i could sign up for a training program a month from now and cancel with out any charge if I decided to change my mind. They placed me in a more expensive program than agreed upon so I showed up the very next day to cancel and was pressed and pressed by manager *********************** to not cancel. After ten minutes of this manager **** giving me the run around I had to stop being nice and raise my voice for **** to cancel, only for him to tell me I would still be charged for the session even if I cancel a month in advance. at this point I was livid and when ******* approached the other manager I asked if I would get charged. He said I wouldnt (lets wait and see if in a month if that is true.) a couple minutes later after this ordeal ******* stared me down while I was working out as if he was trying to intimidate me clearly he did not approve of my decision to cancel. I could only laugh at his lack of professionalism. I called my credit card company and if they do charge my account it will 100% be disputed. Deceptive tactics and lies to close a sale is bad business and being nice will get you nowhere with the managers at this gym.
