Don’t let Peter’s Plumbing / Five Star Plumbing & Septic turn your simple repair into a 7-month legal and emotional nightmare like they did with mine. This company is not just unprofessional—they are reckless, and deceptive. If you value your peace of mind, avoid them at all costs! 1. *Exorbitant Prices & Fake “Discounts”* – They quoted an outrageous price, pretended to offer a discount, yet I later discovered I was massively overcharged compared to reputable companies. 2. *Broken Promises & Pressure Tactics* – They lied about the scope of work and began to work without agreeing yet on the contract, then pressure me to sign it. 3. *Shady Business Practices* – They disguised their poor reputation by switching company names, issuing first invoices from “Five Star Plumbing & Septic” while obtaining permits under “Peter’s Plumbing.” Two names, one terrible company. 4. *Negligence and Danger*—They left an open trench in the street. An elderly woman nearly fell into it. Despite my repeated calls, they ignored the situation until the city inspector forced them to act due to a violation. Even then, they used the wrong materials to cover the trench. 5. **Permit Chaos & Inexcusable Delays** – They couldn’t file a permit correctly, submitted wrong documents repeatedly, and left me to resolve their mess with city inspectors. This alone delayed the project for months. 6. **Unresponsive and Avoidant** – They ignored my calls, wasted my time, and outright lied about project updates. It took **7 agonizing months**, constant follow-ups, and city involvement to complete a job that should’ve taken 7–10 days. Their negligence, unethical behavior, and lack of accountability caused immense stress and legal troubles. Save yourself time, money, and frustration. DO NOT hire Peter’s Plumbing / Five Star Plumbing & Septic. Hire a real professional company.

  ****** and ******* from ******* Plumbing came to repair the poly line coming out of the propane gas tank and into the house, including replacing the first and second stage regulator. The work also included adding a shut off valve. They understood the problem, explained repair alternatives and provide an estimate for the work. The work was performed the same day. I was impressed with their professionalism. They were courteous, work efficiently, kept me informed of the progress, and picked up the work area leaving it clean. I highly recommend them. Thank you ****** and ******* for a fantastic job.

Very professional company , was on time , very easy to understand what he was explaining , and made sure I was comfortable the whole way . Thank you ***** for showing A class customer service .i will be using ***************************************** much more often

  ***** **** from Peters Plumbing did a job that far exceeded expectations. His concern for perfection was clearly exhibited by his communication with me and the completion of the job. Overall excellence in every aspect of the job from the estimate to the job completion. Would not hesitate to use future plumbing issues. AAA++++++

  I wanna thank ***** plumbing for helping out . I was dealing with a stoppage issue and couldnt use any bathrooms for days ! But thanks to Peters plumbing they instantly cleared it ! One of the nicest people in the planet I cant thank them enough

  Don't do business with them , i own a small pickup truck rental company they rented truck form me , they returned one with a blown motor and don't even want to pay for the 14 day's they rented it for, the 2nd truck was towed by the city of ***** parking and they did not take they truck out of the impound , contacted me like 10 days later so i can take the truck out ourselffs and refuse to pay the invoice for the towing and inpound as well plus like 3 parking tickets that came in after .i can't even get in touch with management .

  Avoid them! As soon as I paid the 25% down payment, they started to ignore me. They were supposed to come next morning, after I paid, to do the job. They never showed up, never called me, their assistant secretary wasn't even aware I had an appointment. Upon asking for a refund, I was told it takes time as it needs to be approved by them. I ended up filling a dispute with my credit card company. Feels like borderline scam.

  I am writing to file a formal complaint against *****'s Plumbing. ******************, entered into a contractual agreement with *****'s Plumbing for various plumbing services, including cast iron pipe removal and replacement,trenching and backfill, PVC pipe installation,installation of cleanouts, and leak detection.****************** made a substantial payment of $8,500 on January 31, 2024, with an outstanding balance of $8,225, pending the completion of the agreed-upon work. Despite assurances that a permit had been secured and the work was to commence promptly,*****'s Plumbing has failed to initiate any work at ********************** residence.Furthermore, attempts by ****************** to establish communication with *****'s Plumbing have been consistently ignored,demonstrating a concerning lack of professionalism and accountability.Subsequently, ****************** sought a second opinion from another plumbing contractor,who discovered that the scope of work outlined in the contract was grossly misrepresented. Not only was there no requirement for the removal and replacement of cast iron pipes, but the quoted price significantly exceeded industry standards.This exploitation of ********************** vulnerability as a senior citizen is highly reprehensible and warrants immediate investigation.Upon confronting ************************************* with this information, he callously refused to refund ********************** deposit, despite the fact that no work had been completed. His refusal to provide a satisfactory explanation for coercing ****************** into an unnecessary contract further underscores the unethical conduct of *****'s Plumbing.In light of these egregious actions, I urge the Better Business Bureau, to launch a thorough investigation into the business practices of *****'s Plumbing and take appropriate disciplinary measures against ************************************* and the company.

  My.experience 3/14-18/2024 First of all ****,gave a high quote then called his boss $16k went to $9950.Replaced our Sewer popping both sides of the house 3ft on south side and 6feet,also replaced. We called do to a toilet clogged cameras recovered a break. After 4 days now 2 toilets are still clogged.The main water line that they replaced part of it,went leaking a few days later, so called them back out.A total of 6 different guys (non English speaking) Language barrier, they had to call ****,and the packed everything up in black bags including my water hose.Now mind you the $9950 doesn't include fixing our 2 remaining clogged toilets. **** said he would write me a quote to replace now our Old Iron pipes(40k was his verbal quote) He recommended a loan from his company. I have yet to hear back from Peters Plumbing.He also advised that all of our Sewer pipes needed replacing.I had to call another company for a second opinion. Sadly Peters Plumbing are not skilled or honest!!
