  My experience with this 1/17/23 company at first was great I hired this company to help me close out a permit. Neither the company or myself knew where the permit was for, the original permit stated 4 plumbing fixtures again the permit didn't state for what fixtures I called they came out with no problem they did work under my house kitchen area had a bad problem and they charged me ******* for the work that they did I was fine with that. Upon going to close out the permit, I was notified by ***** plumbing that the permit was for my bathroom, again the permit didn't specify kitchen or bathroom. When they were at my house finishing the work in my kitchen I asked them to check something in my bathroom for me and they did, and at that time myself nor their tech knew that it was that bathroom with the permit. OK finding out it was the bathroom. The original permit was for plumbing fixtures I was told that I had to get a architect to draw up plans so that I can get a inspection, and the permit for six months, and because I didn't have the funds at the time when ***** plumbing wanted to go in my walls they didn't give me a chance to get what I needed done, they did a revision on my bathroom that's now causing me to have to hire architect to do building plans for my bathroom and get a building permit. When I spoke with their representative she said they had nothing to do with it but they prove is in the revision. And they told me that, that's how it comes up. I personally went to building and zoning personally and spoke with their supervisor they told me that there's no way for them to know what's going on in my house and the revision was done electronically by someone that knew what was done in my bathroom. The work that was done in my bathroom was funded through DCPH. Now my permit will expire within the next two or three weeks, I spoke with their representative on 5/23/23 about getting an extension she said she will call me haven't heard from pb and today is 6/4/23

  Plumber said he was going to cut and weld gave me a price got to work then.Overcharged for something I could have done myself. No welding was done just cut and put the valve almost inside the wall and was charged $200 me providing the valve.

  Very unprofessional plumbing company that cause water damage in my house, just replacing the pipe. They charged me $5000 for that pipe and did damages on more then $30000. I keep calling to manager every day and no response . Their secretaries keep promising to me that somebody will contact me and they never done. I would never recommend this business to anybody.

  The damages were caused once your buildings association AC team attempted fixing the buildings entire AC system after 2 days of them working on it and turning it back on. The immediate issue of the disaster happened during that moment. We then went back and fixed the pipe again after it was damaged. We do not believe that we caused any issues and our managers tried their best explaining the situation several times and we kept the best consistent line of communication. Please consider speaking with the insurance company again and having them understand what happened.

  From start to finish *********************** of *****'s plumbing was a complete professional.**** promptly diagnosed the problem with our shower valve and fairly estimated the works cost, we agreed on the jobs cost and **** went to work effectively and efficiently, having every tool necessary for the works completion and then some, my wife and I were very pleased with ****** work,cleanliness,courtesy while at our home.We will definitely recommend *****'s plumbing to our friends and family.
