    I tried to pay my monthly bill this month, but their website would not accept any of my credit cards or payment methods. I called them multiple times asking for their assistance and to not cancel my account, and they assured me that they wouldn't do so while they escalated my case, but sure enough, 3 days later they cancelled my account. Now they are asking me to create a new account and start over (and still couldn't explain to me why their website wouldn't take my payment methods). They also mysteriously removed their 800 number off their website (which wasn't working for a least one day). Avoid Hello Mobile - something isn't right with them and I've wasted so many hours trying to work with them. You get what you pay for - if you can even pay them at all!

    I ordered a sim card and past 10 days it still didn't ship. Frustrated I requested them to cancel the shipment process and change it to E-Sim. 3 days passed and still waiting when most companies have E-sim delivered to your email in an hour.Why is this company even open if they doesn't have the products or enough customer support to handle things?? This is not hello mobile it's "Horrible"mobile. Run from this company. Give your business to Mint or Visible mobile.

    I wish I could give their customer service 0 stars. You cannot cancel their service via their online portal. They do not answer their customer service phone line. I have been on hold for more than an hour before being cut off. I attempted to end service with their chatbot and was told by the bot that it was canceling my service, then disconnected. I was unable get back in touch with their bot that day. I sent an email to cancel the service that day. I received no confirmation and a bill for service was generated. I contacted the bot again and called again. The bot said that I was already canceled and refused to send email confirmation or to send email confirmation before disconnecting me. I finally got through on the phone and they said my service had been cancelled by the bot earlier that day (not on the date of my previous chat or email). They refused to cancel out the charge and when they finally agreed to send a confirmation email the email stated that I still needed to call their customer service line. They refused to send an email that stated definitively that my account was canceled and refused to reverse the charge that they generated after their bot said that I was canceled (before the new service period) and after I had sent an email that followed their instructions for cancellation prior to the new service period. This is the worst customer service I've ever received. ***** this company at all costs, the low price is not worth the headaches and hours on the phone waiting for customer service.

    Beware - they make it incredibly hard to cancel. I wanted to cancel my service, but there was no option to cancel on the website. So, I attempted to contact them via chat and phone. For chat, it told me my estimated wait time was 1 min, and then it took another hour after that. Not only that, but every 10 min it would threaten to remove me from the queue due to "inactivity", so I had to sit there and actively remind it I was still there for the full hour. Even after I reached someone, it took so long for them to carry out the cancellation that I got booted out for inactivity and didn't know if the cancellation actually went through!So then I called, and I waited on hold for TWO HOURS to reach someone. That's right - 2 full hours on hold. Just to confirm if my cancellation went through. (Turns out it did go through.)This process was painful, unnecessary and unethical. This is what the whole click-to-cancel rule is supposed to prevent - it shouldn't be one click to sign up, and 3 hours of time to cancel. Craziness. Beware of this before you sign up!

    This company is running a scam. They don't have a customer service to help customers. They set up an AI that will run circles and let you wait until your phone runs out if power. Both on chat and call in complaints. They don't have real and warm bodies operators that will help customer I bet They report this as they have employed ** dress for customer service but they don't. They setup their help line to run in circles until you are so annoyed, you give up. I suggest a government agency to investigate this 1and penalize them or maybe revoke their liscense to operate..I requested to have my original number retained and until now I haven't taalj to an actual employee because their customer support us a scam.

    I am very disappointed in this business I been trying to call hello mobile and was not able to reach them.when I finally got to speak to a technician I advised that the esim they sent me was not compatible with my phone and that I'll need a physical sim the ***resentative advised he will escalate my issue it's been over a week now I have not gotten my new sim it's unfair that this business has gotten payment and is very slow Un processing a sim so I can make calls that needs to be made my phone is shut off and I may lose my current phone number I have screenshot calls I've made and still haven't gotten a *** I even tried chat wait time is long as well I also email the support team for hello mobile. I am not satisfied with this company at all.

    Same issue as ***** *. They used to have great custmer service but ever since their mandatory switch the their upgraded network the customer service is worthless. I've been days without the service I pay for. If you want to get in contact wiht them you better set aside an entire day just to be told they can't help you in real time.

    Avoid HelloMobile! My experience has been nothing short of a disaster. The website is broken, and my emails have gone unanswered. I waited three hours in chat, only to speak with an unhelpful representative named ****** who couldnt solve my issue. After another two hours on hold to reach support by phone, the problem still isnt resolved. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this company!

    I needed a low cost phone service. I entered my e-mail address on the Hello Mobile website. After I left the site a deal/offer was sent to me. A FREE sim card with a month of service for only $5. I did get scammed into this! The *** card NEVER arrived. No person EVER to talk with on the phone. Had to chat. Each time I complained I was told to wait. They also sent a Trouble Ticket that I was suppose to give another week or two to allow for it to go through. My next contact I was told there is a mailing label created for me and if I just wait a little longer the *** card will arrive. Sure. I even sent an email to support and never got a reply or the $5 REFUND I continued to request. No service and No sim card. NOT BBB Accredited !!! And I thought I checked enough before spending the little I had left after being laid off from my job!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! HORRIBLE SCAMMERS!!! Had to add a star rating to add this review. They don't deserve any stars.
