QLink ported my number but mailed the sim car to arrive I 3 to 5 days. This resulted with my account with my current provider to be closed. I am without a phone until i get the sim card. I called my provider and to re-port my number back, it would be considered a new account and more expensive.I have no choice but to wait for the sim card to have phone service again.Review from Martha Jayne S

When I got to talk to a live person instead of a just a voice he got it done right away.Bin doing this for 6 days . Very frustrating. But once I got to talk to him it took about 1/2 hours.I am so very HAPPY ??.Review from walter s

I've been trying to reactivate my Q link service for months without any satisfaction. I tried to sign up with another carrier ********** and was told that I could not sign with another carrier unless my account with Q link was active! If my account was active why would I need to transfer??? I have uploaded my documents to the national verifier 8 times!! Q link says they never got them. I am at my wits end with Q link wireless!!! All I want is to be let out of my account with Q link so that I may obtain service elsewhere!!! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to resolve this issue! I will not recommend Q link to ANYONE in the future!!!Q-Link Wireless LLC Response

I have no issues with my service other than the data barely ever working & the accuracy of your call & text log. I have messages that are "missing" making it look as though I'm deleting messages from my phone when I'm in fact not, so you can't tell me it's accurate. Terrible service. Tried to get a reduced rate for a cell phone for my disabled *******. Could never get the phone to work. Called **************** several times. Always got the ** service that said a person would call me back in 48 hours. No one ever called me. I left messages several times. No one ever contacted me. I finally canceled the service and went back to paying for his phone. This is a horrible way to treat customers. Especially those that already have a handicapp. It's a shame you are the go to company for discounted cell service for the disabled. Advertising free *************** using Lifeline thru government program. This service was cancelled as of 4-31-2024. I had to pay $30.00 to keep it going thru ***. They are still advertising on line for free ***************** They gave me thru email free lifeline for *** and to others. I want my $30.00 back.Q-Link Wireless LLC Response

This company cheats low income people out of their money. They tell you to pick a new plan for the next year. They keep showing you plans so I picked a $14.00 plan with unlimited data on the end of *** (30) because my plan was going to end on the 31st of ***. But they kept sending me messages to pick a plan. So I contacted them and they told me I needed to pick a plan . They said the $14 I paid was for *** even though my plan I had the year before didn't end until *** 31st of 2024. They wouldn't refund the $14. Q-Link is a government company that suppose to help elderly low income people. But they stole from me. Should of known.Q-Link Wireless LLC Response
