      Qlink left **** of it customers hangling with no service after assuring us we would be switched over to standup wireless seamlessly after receiving a new sim card that they sent out and resetting our phones. We can't even port our numbers because qlink is apparently out of business. It left **** of their customers in bad shape and no resources to get new service or new phones. Then standup told us to wait 2 to 3 days and our service would switch over to them. Most of the people have been without phone service for around a week. And we are still waiting. So where are all these peoples phone number gonna end up? I have very important things like banks accounts connected to this company. This is very frustrating and scarey as to who has our number or can get it now.

      We want are numbers released can't get anyone to help with get a transfer code Plus the new SIM cards aren't working on restoring the services We have been trying to contact them on and off for 3 days with no success sitting on hold for over 2 hours or getting kicked off

      I have been actively trying to get in touch with Q-link Wireless to get my brand new E-**** card activated and I never received an answer via e-mail or phone call. I need to get in touch with customer service at ********************** so that I may activate my new E-**** card before the due date after that my SIM card will discontinue my phone service and I will no longer have a phone service.

      I was on hold over 2 1/2 hrs trying to de-activate my account as it's the only way to do so. I tried online as it says you can manage account online,although you cannot! I emailed multiple times stating I have moved out of state and need to cancel, yet I receive a message via email stating my order has been shipped?!??!? I ordered nothing and want to cancel! Not to mention while on hold the first two times, I tried the "fast and friendly self help automated system" they offer and was hung up on multiple times, also tried the call back system and was hung up on as well! Unusually high call volume??? For days??? Very unsatisfied and just want to cancel, more worried about the order they sent to my old address, as I've ordered NOTHING!!! Would not recommend this company! Wanted to give no stars!

      Been with Q link about 5 years and is awesome. not 7 dropped call and text. Keep up the great work. Thanks for your service. I do need a new charging cord please/ getting hard to charge.

      BEWARE!!!THEY ARE SCAMMING THIEVES!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wouldnt give one star.I would switch to a real credible prepaid service if you want a reliable unlimited plan.This isnt it.They will take your money and give no data and lie to you and say you used the data.Which its supposed to be unlimited,They ask for more money to top up and youll never get that data neither.They know they are a scam and as long as people keep using them they will continue to steal your money.There are way better companies that will accept your lifeline discount.

      Lies about unlimited data for ACP people then charge $30 a month to get unlimited data but the internet service doesn't work most of the time.
