BHG sends unsolicited, unwanted, excessive amounts of junk mail through **** to my address with no option for getting removed from their mailing list.

We have reviewed the complaint (BBB #********) submitted by the consumer and sent to Bankers Healthcare Group (BHG) on 6/1/2022. BHG takes it complaints management process seriously and is committed to provide timely and appropriate responses.

To satisfy the resolution of the consumer, they have been added to our Do Not Contact (DNC) List and removed from our marketing lists as requested. Although they have been placed on our DNC List as of 6/1/2022, the request will still take up to 45 days to be processed by the third-party mail house we use to send out our marketing pieces. We schedule our marketing pieces 4-6 weeks in advance, so we request that the consumer allow for that additional time, and excuse any additional piece that *** arrive during this timeframe.According to our *************** Team, there are multiple transactions scheduled for the consumer (last mail drop date 7/14/2022), after which time they should no longer receive any unsolicited marketing pieces from BHG. For this inconvenience as a courtesy, BHG will be emailing you a **** gift card at the email address provided. Please be on the lookout in your inbox and also check your Spam folder.

BHG sends numerous unsolicited letters in the mail using conspicuously large envelopes to entice people to open it. In doing so, they have absolutely zero care for the environment. Each month, my mailbox is littered with large manila envelopes and excessively large brochures for a company I have zero interest doing business with. With the amount of solicitation I personally receive in one month, I cannot even imagine their carbon footprint. It is audacious and egregious to send so frequently but to also create such waste.

I went thru this process about 6 months ago. I filed a BBB complaint against BHG for continuously haressing me with predatory junk mail. I felt like the issue was resolved, but now they have started sending me large, loan offers in the mail again. The previous resolution stated they would remove me from their mailing list completely. They have obviously not done that. These large, unwanted loan offers are causing me stress. I want to make it know that this company has the backbone of a bloodsucking leech. Grasping at any opportunity to spread their poisonous loans. STOP SENDING ME YOUR JUNK MAIL BHG.

As previously requested our records indicate the consumer was placed on our Do Not Contact (DNC) list on 2/9/2022. According to our records, no additional mailers were sent following that date. Please send us the invitation code included on the piece you are referring to in this complaint to ********************************** so that we can review.

I am rejecting this response because the email address you requested me to respond to does not accept emails from unauthorized accounts. I have received 2 of your large mailers in the month of May, although you claim to have removed me from the list in February. As per your request, one of the invitation codes is: 442877703.

    Sincerely,

Thank you for sending us the invitation code so we can look into this issue. Our research shows that unfortunately these transactions were addressed to another consumer at the same address. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we may get this fully rectified for you. Please note, BHG purchases data from numerous companies throughout the ************* that specialize in direct mail marketing lists and on occasion there can be an incorrect recipient because of an error in their data, which seems to be the case here. We have corrected the issue with the data error, however, as we have mentioned previously our third-party mail house can take up to 30 days to process these requests. We checked with our mail provider and there are multiple transactions under that name already in process with the last one having a mail drop date of 7/14/2022. For this inconvenience,BHG will be emailing you a **** gift card at the email address provided. Please be on the lookout in your inbox and also check your Spam folder.

This company sends out too many unsolicited mailers purporting pre-approval on loans. After talking with this company it appears they may be attempting to solicit high interest loans using bait and switch methods in addition to high pressure tactics to get people who fall for the flyer to accept high interest loans and when you say no they will talk over you and try to argue with you. I do not wish to receive any other solutions from this company. As others have said I do not want my name on their mailing lists any further and I would like this company to look at their practices and how deceptive they are.

Predatory lender 1) Originally stated by loan officer that "lock out" period on loan would be 24 months or 2 years. Stated this in original contract signed. Upon completion of 24 month "lock out", attempted to log in to pay over and make progress towards resolving loan debt and found the following:a) No online access to account. They will only send you ammortization schedule, no tracking of payments made.b) Contract now states 4 year, 48 month lockout.c) Original interest rate quoted 9%, contract now states 19%2) No resolution, no call backs. They consistently pass you on to the next person. They refuse to acknowledge their lies and fraud. 3) Attempted to tell me they would "refinance" my loan for the amount owed PLUS interest for the next 6 years equally over $40K more than the original loan amount!!

BHG has been sending hundreds of mailers to our address in oversized, unlabeled envelopes. I told them to stop contacting me over a year ago. The waste and annoyance is off the charts. It makes opening our mail horrible and is ruining the entire system. Please remove all residents of 543 Sarabrook Pl Atlanta GA 30342 from ALL of your data rolls and add us to your DNC.
