      I had a loan with BHG that was paid in full and satisfied on 11/27.On 11/30 BHG incorrectly debited my personal checking account for ******** had to flag this with them, and after lots of back and forth and time wasted, they acknowledged their mistake, and refunded me. I was assured my personal banking information was deleted, and no more debits would be made for my loan that had already been paid in full.On 12/30, they have now debited my account another ********* one within BHG is responding to my complaint. It seems unethical (and most likely illegal) to every month take $1,000 incorrectly, then after the mistake is flagged with the company, they take over 48 hours to return the money.Its not on the customer to catch these mistakes. If I had not flagged this with the company, BHG would have just kept the money they have been incorrectly taking from me for the last 2 months.

      I have been receiving unsolicited mailers from BHG Financial for many months now. I get at least one a week in a massive 8.5x11 envelope that takes up all the space in my mailbox leaving the rest of my mail crumpled up. I have contacted them and requested to stop receiving mailers and months later I am still getting them. I will NEVER do business with them solely based on this annoyance so they can stop waisting their money sending s*** to me. Take me off your mailing list!

      The number of physical mailings I receive from BHG Money is ridiculous. I don't recall ever having signed up with them. They solicit via mailings in big manilla envelopes that get in the way. Please have them stop.

      I am here to let you know that the *** representative ***************************** contacted me about a loan and after I sent him the required **** form never heard from him again after sending him 2 texts, 3 emails and 3 phone calls. This prompted me to believe that I had been scammed and forced me to send a letter to the *** revoking the ****, freezing all of my credit accounts and spending $300 on ******** services. Talk about bad and unprofessional customer service. I will never do business with them EVER!

You will be sent an Adverse Action Notice by US mail within 30 days of the application date as required by law and that will detail the reason(s) for our decision.       I am rejecting this response because: I tried to contact **** on several other occasions which are not mentioned by text, phone and email. This caused me to assume I had been scammed and upon further investigation could not find any information on **** or the attorney on the form **** that I signed and submitted. This prompted me to go to an attorney and file a removal of the form **** with the **** getting it notarized which cost me $15, taking my time to personally take it to the post office and get it sent with a signature confirmation of $7.50 and purchasing a $300 ***************** to protect my credit. Aside from ruining my week and causing me a great deal of anxiety I am only asking for reimbursement of the $300, $15 and $7.50 charges. I think this is the least they can do. I did not hear back from **** for one week exactly after sending the text messages, emails and phone calls. There was no application requested and only a signed **** form which most companies do not ask for. This was very unprofessional behavior and caused me great grief, time and a financial set back.

      BHG keeps mailing me large envelopes that I am NOT interested in. I have filled out the form to stop, and their large envelops fill and clutter my mailbox. This is the first time I have ever written to the BBB and it's just to have mailings stop. It's such a waste of paper, time, and resources.

      I need help with someone finding out if BHG Took a loan on my property and loan it back to me plus added a credit card to it. I need to know. If they took out a second mortgage on my home that I sold. I'm trying to say if I needed money I could have done that myself. So what happened was when I saw the house? A second mortgage popped up called ***************. They took eighty nine thousand dollars from me. B h g says they're not behind it no comment. Someone needs to see how they borrow money and lend money. Thank you

      There appears to be some confusion on the customers part.BHG provides financial solutions through loans or credit cards and does not offer any mortgage products. That being said, were going to provide you with facts that our records show regarding your accounts with BHG Financial, in hopes that will provide more clarity.

      The customer took out a loan with BHG on 4/15/2021, the funds were wired to the bank account provided by the customer. In reviewing your account history, on time monthly payments have been made on your loan with the last payment received 11/20/2023. In addition, our records show a credit card being activated by the customer on 4/19/2021, which currently has an existing balance and monthly payments have been made on the card including a last payment received 11/15/2023.
