  The team that cut down and trimmed our palm trees was great! But, we are owed $300 reimbursement for tree stump removal which was never done and I can't reach anyone from the company at all!!!! Have texted sales person, emailed them, entered a message on ******** to them, even sent two certified letters to both of their locations and have received No response. And the still owe me $300!!!!!!!!!!! Would never ever recommend this company!!!!

  Sales person Connor did not explain the type of damage that would be done to my neighbors yard while removing my tree. Had no idea they were going to cause that much damage. Was being told don't worry it will be fine. They used a bobcat without tracks. Tore her yard up. Also cut back from the bottom up about 1/4 or so of 2 fruit trees WITHOUT permission since they were in the way of the bobcat. Then the last limb they took off came crashing down and nearly cut the avocado tree in half. Horrible, just horrible. And the crew foreman laughed.. had not remorse for what happened. The QC guy came back and did do fill dirt and smoothed things out.. sort of. But they did not offer to get her a new avocado tree or even offer to reduce my bill (when I asked) so that I could get her a new tree and plant it myself. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I have no idea how you all stay in business. And why does this company have an A+ status with the BBB?

  I hired your team to remove azaleas at my house. Day 1 never showed up and did not communicate Day 2 raining - understandable not to come but I had to call for the reschedule (big mistake) I made the team aware numerous times about electrical lines. We now have electrical damage to outdoor lighting. Which Conor was told immediately about. They didn’t finish the job. Left my house to go to another job. I had to call Conor to tell him the job wasn’t finished. They dropped off one guy with a shovel and drove off. Conor showed up for payment. Didn’t do what I asked. I told them his crew had broken out lantern. According to Conor, this issue has been escalated to the “claims center.” There has been no communication regarding repairs, scheduling, or phone calls. Needless to say we are furious. * I SPECIFICALLY said and SHOWED the team where the electrical wires were. We now have to postpone hired landscapers due to lack of communication and remedying this situation. “I don’t know his schedule.” Is not a professional response to someone who has already paid for a job.

  I was going to write a negative review, but the just called me back and corrected a misunderstanding. A company of this size with their size of staff is bound to have a few hiccups here and there. 10/10

  The crew cut down, and hauled away an oak tree on my property. They were fast and efficient. However, they left a large pile of wood debris which they said they don't remove! I have contacted them by phone, text, email, and facebook to come back and remove the pile. They do not respond. I would not hire them because of their unprofessional business practices. I hired them because the salesman said they were arborists; but the job was not completed and they don't respond once they collect their money.

  Salesman Conor misrepresented work.Manager Michael was rude and insulted Salesman Conor repeatedly. They were overpriced for what they actually did. They caused property damage Hurricane Ian didnt, Very dissatisfied.

  Kyle and his team came by to clean out two large oaks and five palms at a very reasonable rate! The extremely professional and courteous crew clearly knew what they were doing. They cleaned out dead branches throughout a 50-ft canopy and multiple branches that were leaning over my roof, hauled away all debris, and cleaned up after themselves. This service was completely worth it - I now have peace of mind going into hurricane season and paid a very reasonable rate to help ensure my property is more protected and my trees and lawn remain healthy for years to come.

  I called Cutting Edge Tree Experts on May 6, 2022. I called the franchise that services St. Johns County. Connor came the same day, a Saturday, to give me an estimate. I was quite impressed that he came so quickly. He said that the he hoped that my Sylvester Palm tree would be trimmed on May 8,9, or 10. No one called. I called him on May 11. He said that he got busy and would speak with his supervisor on Sunday, May 14 and would call me on Monday, May 15. He did not call. I called and spoke with him that day. He said that he would try to trim the tree on May 19 or 20. I called the office on May 20 am and spoke with Tammy. She said that she would contact Justin Wagner, the supervisor. She said that he was in the field and would call me. I waited almost 3 hours. I am still waiting for a call. I called again that afternoon. My call went to a message machine that was full. LIES! LIES! LIES! I put my faith in this company and it has been 2 weeks. My job was small. They don't want small jobs. I was inconsequential to them. What a terrible experience! DON'T EVEN CALL THIS COMPANY! Unreliable and a bunch of liars!

  Quoted $1500 for compete cleanup off mobile home patio where a large branch fell and demolished the sheet metal roof. "We'll clean up all that stuff." They cut and removed the tree branch and left all the sheet metal stacked, dangerously, on the patio. Very overpriced for half a job.
