Tried to order plants, had trouble with website, cancelled and tried to order again, had trouble again, tried to cancel, thought I had, but was charged for both attempts!, have tried to contact many times thru texts and emails, but have received No communication money came out of my account!!Initial Complaint

I ordered 6 plants from Florida Hill nursery all undersized and not healthy 2 have already died the day I received them and the other 4 are not healthy and will not be useful and are also dying. I paid ***** shipping also. I have filled out the contact form on their website several times and tried emailing several times and left a phone message. No response from them to any of these efforts. I want my money back and I am not alone with complaints about this company. I want the money paid back to me ***** back to my original credit card payment.Initial Complaint

On November 7, 2024 I placed order # ***** with Florida Hill Nursery for 5 elephant ear plants. I had ordered from them in the past and had a good experience. The plants arrived in December and were planted in pots in a sunny windowsill. Two died immediately and I contacted them about replacement or refund. The said that they had just gone 'dormant' and that I should wait for spring to see if they would regenerate. We overwinter other elephant ear plants and agreed to do this. Two of the remaining plants never put up new leaves and lost theirs within weeks. We now have one plant alive. The other four have not re-sprouted. Our preexisting elephant ears are all putting up new leaves. We reached out to them in May and received one response asking if any of the plants survived. We responded promptly. Since then they have gone silent. No response to multiple emails or voicemails. Would like you help resolving. We are fine with refund or replacement of plants. I just received my **** bill and notice 2 charges I did not authorize tried to e-mail them twice and no answer call them and their recording stated they don't monitor their voicemails impossible to get a hold off.Initial Complaint

I purchased plants from this company under the assumption that what I purchased would be 2 feet. I got plant plugs. One leaf at best that is smaller than a silver half dollar. Not at all what is described on the websiteInitial Complaint

I paid $22.34 for the smallest wimpiest ****** bluebberry ever. None the less it did not make it within there ********************************************************************************************************* I just wanted an exchange or my $ back. This company seems to have been ripping people off for a long time.Customer response

in aug on the 30th i plac3ed an order for 2 live plants i received 2 and after about 10 days the one plant looked like it was dying. I emailed them since they do not answer the phone and said i would like a replacement. they proceeded to give me the run around saying it was dormant yet the other one was fine. this has gone on for 3 months now and I sent them the pic on the stick that remains along with the live one. no answer just crickets.....I would like a replacement plant sent or a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 banana trees on 8-2 2022 for a total of 49,96. They were real small when they came and 2 of them were not the correct type. They died shortly after I planted them. I have contacted Florida Hill by e-mail and the contact form on their website and they do not respond. They do not have a phone number listed. I had said I wanted an exchange but now I just want a refund and be done with them. Like the other complaints listed I should have read the complaints before I ordered.
